These are the games that I'm looking forward to. Some more than others, but most for me are considered purchases.

In alphabetical order:

Aliens vs Predator

Released early next year, this game looks pretty bloody and full of action. You can play as either the marines, The Predator or the Alien, in 3 seperate campaigns, where the story corresponds alongside each. The Predator and Alien campaign look the most fun, and they are meant for stealth approach on enemies. Lots of familiar attacks and finishing moves from the popular movies too. Then finally is the marines campaign, where the story will be told in much greater detail, and your mission is to basically eliminate the other species. Its also an FPS view for each of the seperate forces you get to play as.

Bioshock 2

Well, Bioshock is my favouirte game ever, and it will take a lot to beat it. But if any game has a chance to beat it, then Bioshock 2 is that game. I hope it does, as it has stuck with its same gameplay mechanics, and artistic level design. Set 10 years later though, and you play as a big daddy! And yes, the drill arm looks great fun Can't wait until February 9th 2010!

Call of Duty 7

I don't know anything about this game yet, but its another COD game, so thats aworthy enough reason to be on my wish list I think.

Dante's Inferno

Now this is a game I'm highly excited for. It comes out in the same week as Bioshock 2, so I'll definitely be busy throughout the whole week Anyway, this game is down-right disturbing and gruesome. I could almost say it looks disgusting, especially with all its sexual themes included. But it also happens to look so awesome! Basically, you venture into all 9 rings of hell to get your loved one back, while fighting off hordes of demons, and huge bosses. Combat looks fun and gory, and the level design so far looks great. Its being developed by Visceral games, who are best know for making Dead Space. From that, you can expect similar and brutal gameplay to that seen from Dead Space.

Dead Space 2

Visceral games announced another Dead Space not long after the first was released. But its confirmation is such a great feeling. Nothing much on this yet, other than it might be hitting shelves late next year!

Eight Days

It was thought cancelled, but no, in early October this year, the developers stated that it is simply on hold for the moment. If you haven't heard of it, or seen any gameplay for it, then I suggest you do, because its graphics look brilliant. Hopefully there will be more news for it very soon.

Fallout: New Vegas

Coming out sometime next year, this Fallout game is apparently sticking with a lot of the stuff you could do in Fallout 3, such as speech options, gameplay etc. Now, Fallout 3 was a great game, but I just hope the next Fallout is cleared from its many visual glitches and bugs, that held Fallout 3 back from perfection.

God of War 3

If you've seen the demo, then you'll know that GOW 3 is full of strong, brutal, and bloody violence. It looks really good, a PS3 exclusive which looks to have great combat, and visuals. Various sharp weapons to possess and deal huge damage with, as you continue with Kratos on his quest for vengeance. Bring on March 2010!

I am Alive

I've been interested in this for a long time, but still not much to say about it, other than its a survival adventure set after an earthquake, which has destroyed a lot of the city your in.

Saw

Saw comes out in the UK in a week or so, and I'll hopefully be getting it for christmas. Not a game I'm really excited for, but it looks quite good, despite an awful combat system. Various gruesome puzzles to solve, as you try and escape Jigsaw's clever and violent traps around the asylum.

Singularity

Its was originally scheduled for release tis year, but because its the same publishers as Modern Warfare 2, they decided they wouldn't make much sales out of it, due to Modern Warfare 2's popular reception. So its now coming out early next year. Its a Sci-fi FPS game, where you land on a strange island, and encounter strange happenings. Along with the usual First-Person gun combat, you also get to manipulate time by using the an object called the TMD. You can reverse time, speed forward time, in a number of unexpected ways unlike Timeshift. You can take out cover where enemies are, heal bridges by going back in time, and fast forward time on enemies so that they turn to skeletal remains. It sounds fun, and looks fun, and I'm looking forward to the many games that I'm getting early next year.

Thanks for reading

Hey, everyone, hows it going?

I recently, like most, got Modern Warfare 2 yesterday. I've played about 4 hours of the campaign, and so far its brilliant. Very similar to COD 4, but enough variety in weapons and scenery, make it a big step ahead.I will probably get on to doing the multiplayer sooner or later too, as that looks really good.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

There are a couple of things that annoyed me yesterday, and first, it was the delivery of MW2. It didn't get delivered yesterday morning when the usual post comes, it got cancelled by the website I ordered from. No email or anything to say they didn't end up delivering it, they just cancelled at the last minute. So, from then, it was a mad rush out to the nearest shops to see if they had any copies left

Thankfully they did

Another thing, is here on GS, I can't believe the amount of annoying idiots who have rated MW2 a 1/10 deliberately. How sad is that, trying to stop the game, getting the average rating it deserves. I know its no big deal, but seriously, some people need to get a life!

Anyway, I'm enjoying MW2, I hope that if you have it, your enjoying it too

Well my Fallout 3 GOTY playthrough has to come to an end. The reason - because of an unbelievable and unplayable glitch.

The game is full of glitches, but I can look past them, andI thought I had encountered them all. Well i was wrong. Just a few hours ago, I became frustratingly devastated because of Fallout 3. The glitch ishuge, and this is what happened...

Basically, I just exited Rivet City door, when I realised I couldn't use the right analog stick. So I thought what the hell. So I just loaded it back up, and still the same. *getting worried* I thought there might be a problem with the controller, so I changed it, quit the game, tried everything but still the same. The game was preventing me from looking up, down, around etc. I could move, but not look around.WTF! The thing was is that in the pip boy on the map, i could use the right stick, it was only in gameplay I couldn't. So it was a huge set back, as I could not continue. 64 hours of fun and exploration down the drain.

I loaded up a save which was about 40 hours behind, where the game was allowing me to aim,but it wasn't the point, I can't be bothered to continue now. I'm just going to complete some DLC packs then thats it.

I was so annoyed and very sad in a way, as I spent 64 hours having the perfect playthrough. I was exploring everywhere I came across, and I was already level 23 before actually doing much of the main missions. But thats over now, thanks to a glitch which Bathesda obviously didn't encounter, and now I'm not a very happy person

Anyone else encountered a one-in-a-million glitch on Fallout 3 before, which hindered your progress completely?

Some people just don't have opinions. Like M0wen10.
M0wen10 must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could M0wen10 possibly have for not rating a single film?
