I was invited to the Profile Designs Union recently and promoted to officer. I'd recommend this union for anyone who likes making web art or for anyone in need of it. It's just starting out, but there's some decent, if not great, people there who are willing to give explanations and tutorials, make images like avatars, profile banners, profile picture, blog banner, and a tag or two for your message spaces on the forums.
