My crappy psp

My sister got a psp for her birthday and i thougth it was really cool. Then the next three days the analog stick started acting weird and on her games the charracter will keep on going down. This was made really sad, i tried to fix it but nothin work.I feel sorry for my little sister all of her birthdays really stink. If anybody knows how to fix this than please tell me.
