Karnov is a game by Data East, available in arcades and on various home consoles. The game stars some crazy Russian dude named Karnov. Karnov was a popular character I guess, because Data East went on to include him in many of their other games. Eight of them according to Wikipedia.

@SoulSlayer_ Maybe eventually? I ended up procrastinating like usual, and it just didn't end up happening. I've thought about it, but I don't know if people would care at this point.
