Internship
The 10-week internship is finally drawing to a close. Next week is my last, although the fellow intern with me has done her last, reason being I was basking in the glorious sunshine of Miami Beach while she reported for work. We had a farewell lunch for her, while mine will come next week. Here's a picture of the audit department:
Oh no, you now know where I work! *flees in a week's time*
Job application
My school is nice as it acts as a middle person between us graduating students and business looking for fresh blood. I was shortlisted for a potential associate business consultant position, of which a summer party will be host for invited candidates to know more of us. So the past 2 weeks I have read up the company's website, read their publications, and google for their news just so in preparetion for writting a decent resume. I have just submitted the compilation of my hard work, and whatever goes, I've done the best I could. I know it seems a little early to apply for job (1 more year to graduation), but I thought it'll be nice to get a head start.
Exercises
I was recently diagnoised with a blood pressure of a 40 year old despite only being 23 this year, which is something I could see coming. I am trying to keep myself healthy by having some fruits each day and to really, just exercise and calm myself whenever i sense my boiling point approaching. Me and some mates also signed up for the Nike Human Race 10km, as jogging has always been a hobby of mine. Anyone in any part of the world is doing that too? We can cheer for each other.
Vacation
One favourite get-away for Singaporeans is the Genting Highlands in Malaysia. It's been some 18 years since I last went there so it'd be cool to join some friends for a short vacation over there before school starts, where we will get involved in sex, drugs and gambling. Nahh, I think I will just curl up into a little ball and cry if my friends challenge me to scary rides or if I lose $50 on the table.

The review.
No one should miss this game, period.
Shall be leaving the corporate jungle for erm, the real jungle for the next 8 days or so. It's time for my army recall again, my second which meant there are only about 9 more to go. I think this time we may be doing cool things like learning how to use a new rifle or something, but that is a 'cool' I can always do without. Well, see you when I see you.
Edit: It seems that it's 6 days rather than 8. We are given the weekend off due to some changes in our training schedule, which explains why I am here. Hooray!
