    So this programming thing is coming along nicely. Well...not the directX part. That's not working out too well. It seems online tutorials are not the best way to start. They're always missing important details, segmented or inconsistent in the lessons. I just hope my computer science class will help me with that.

    Raptors are shaping up pretty well. Very Euro line-up; I can't wait to see what TJ Ford has, as well as potentially put the Bargnani nay-sayers to rest. Maybe we'll even have a lottery team this year that's capable of eking the bottom half of the playoff berth.

I've been scouting for a new computer lately, even though it will be a couple of years before I can build a new one. Still...that 7800GTX and X2 4800+ look mighty tempting... Plus, RAM has gone down in price considerably here in Canada. I can easily afford another gig of PREMIUM corsair or OCZ overclocking RAM with low timings.

Also, my deepest condolences for those affected by the New Orlean's hurricane tragedy. It is in these times of tribulation that the bonds and strengths of the future are forged in the fires of our hearts.
