What's the hold up (around here) on getting submitted items either approved or rejected?

Yeah, I've read the Yada Yada about the editors/staff/and people of tv.com land doing the best that they can....but still. Let's be realistic - we know its taking too long.

When I jumped onto this site - I was excited, anxious and ready to contribute all that I had. But the excitement has died down. The anxiousness has dwindled into anxiety...and now its "why rush"...when they don't?

I like seeing my level jump up each night - but its not about that. Its about contribution, and what good is contributing if its going to leave my mind and sit in a pool of idle thoughts submitted by other users until who-knows-when?

This is just my two cents. I felt the need to vent. I gave it a month, then I gave it a month in a half...and now I give (up).
