Ty... you bring amazing and positive energy to the show, as well as a great sense of fun. This show is one FEEL GOOD entertainment show that displays people at their absolute best and sets a great example of how we all should all aspire to be. I never tire of watching this show. You and the rest of the cast do amazing and wonderful things in a small window of time. I come away from watching it feeling hope and a more positive sense towards my neighbors. Awesome job to all you at Extreme Makeover: Home Edition! Having said that, I would like to apply for help (and believe me, my sentiments are heart felt... no smooze here). I became disabled after 25 years of working hard for "The Man" and paying into the system. I applied for disability, having plenty of medical evidence, but Social Security, I have found, plays all kinds of games with people. Not just with me, but with everyone who needs the money. 3 years later, I am living in my foreclosed home (my mortgagor has not asked me to leave yet after nearly a year), my car was repossessed and I unable to earn an income. With my mortgagor permission, I have roommates who help me get by. But I don't how much longer this will go on. I have a little 1 person trailor which needs work, just in case, so I wouldn't be on the street. I could use some help if it is possible under my circumstances.
