Nice collection, although I don't like or know all of the shows.

Macky: Hey Macky . Good to see you again . I hope you're keeping well . Yeah I'm pretty proud of it . I have seen all of them apart from the second half of Walker Texas Ranger: Season 3 (which I'm working through currently).

Anna: The less said about the ones in my collection that I know you don't like, the better . LOL. You should definately check out some of the ones you don't know though, you're missing out on some absolute classic TV series otherwise .

Worthy to show them off indeed, I'm impressed. But then again, I think I might die of shock when I see your movie list. A lot of great stuff. Some things I don't know at all. I want to know as well: Have you seen them all? With all the extras? Do you have time to rewatch them?

Oh and I like the song, I didn't know it before.

Cor blimey you've got a lot of DVDs! I'd love to have that many! but then again you do have a few series there that I wouldn't touch with a bargepole no offence! (*cough*Joey*cough*) You have the complete series of The X-files I'm really impressed with that it's really expensive. And you have Eeri Indiana! I love that show! Actually there is a few kids shows that I wouldn't mind having. The only one I have so far is The Complete Collection of The Trap Door do you remember that show? As I'm only just starting my collection do you have any tips apart from needing loads of money?

I own Family Guy, Friends, T7S, & Heroes. And I also love that song "Use Somebody" by KOL.

A blog to show off your DVD box sets? Discreet, you are not. Ahh, I wish Joey had more seasons. Did you watch PB's finale yet? You sure have a lot! What's the total?

When you go to Uni you'll get rid of those DVDs or you're palnning to slow down the purchase??? Hope it's the 2nd choice..

Ela: Thanks . I don't think I can make a blog big enough to list all the films I own, LOL . Although, if you are curious to know what I have, I do have a list of all the titles that I update once a month, and I can send you that file . Thanks , and yeah there are definately some overlooked classics in there that are worth checking out . I've seen all but the second half of Walker Texas Ranger: Season 3 (which I'm currently watching at the moment), and yep, all the extras have been seen too (I actually tend to watch the extras on DVDs first.). I do re-watch some of them, but normally I don't have the time to. But with me having to cut back my spending at Uni, I reckon I'll do more re-watching then . And yeah it's a pretty awesome track .

Jodie: Tell me about it Haha . It has taken me over 8 years to build up that collection though, so you never know, it could happen . Yeah I do have some rather personal tastes in my collection, lol . It's probably cheaper now than when I bought it, LOL. So far, I dont actually think there's a single boxset I've bought which actually contains an entire run of any TV series (except for shows that dont manage to get a second season) . I actually got Eerie Indiana for quite a reasonable price, you can probably get it for under GBP20 in most stores. It's quite cool getting some shows from your childhood (I actually have several films I loved as a child in my film colection), and yeah I remember Trap Door . I have a couple from my childhood, namely Dangermouse, ThunderCats, Battle Of The Planets, Bewitched, The Muppet Show, and Eerie Indiana (Although obviously some of those shows were repeats, because otherwise I'd be nearer to 50 years old now :lol, but there's definately some other's that I'd quite like to have, especially: the 90s version of the X-Men cartoon, Round The Twist, the late 80s/early 90s live action versions of The Chronicles Of Narnia, Willo The Wisp, Monkey, and The Wacky Races . The money helps, LOL , but another one is, some shows can take a long time to go down in price, to round about the GBP20 mark (It took BTVS about 2 years after all the seasons got released, before they even got close to that price), so whenever I want to buy an older DVD release of a TV season, I try to limit the price I pay for it to an absolute maximum of GBP30 (normally I prefer to try and get them for about GBP20), also if you have a multi-region player, you can sometimes get some real bargains on certain non-r2 editions of TV shows, and depending on what online site you buy them from, you can avoid the shipping costs aswell (avoid amazon.com though), I'd recommend PlayUSA, and CDwow. I actually managed to get `the complete seasons 2-4` of Baywatch (brand new, not second hand), in their correct episode run (unlike the american season releases), on Australian DVD from CDwow, all for just GBP20 .

Tristan: That's definately some good choices you've made there . And yeah it's a pretty cool track , I'd really like to see them live again )

Ivy: It's good to be vain once in a while, LOL . I agree . I haven't yet , but I'm one of those people that ends up having to read the end of a book, before I've read the rest of it, LOL , so I just read what happened on wikipedia, Haha . I agree, haha . I just had a quick count, and I have over 150 TV show seasons , ..........and almost 900 films, LOL .

Abdulluh: Thanks . You wouldn't be jealous if you knew how much I've spent on them . Cool . I dont have a problem with that . I hope you have a good day too .

Grace: I dont think I'd ever forgive myself if I got rid of them , they're like my babies, LOL . I'm planning to slow down, I'm currently trying to complete what series I own, when I can, and the only boxsets I'll buy at Uni will be the ones I mentioned, or big upcoming releases, like future Simpsons boxsets, and boxsets for shows that I'm still collecting .

I'm always curious for the extras as well!! That's such a nice offer but I am sure, I wouldn't know half of them... or a third. I wouldn't mind some recommendations, though. Perhaps a must-see movie of a blog? Or of every second blog? When I think of your ratings, you own many dvds that you would say are mediocre, right? Care to share some really weird gems? I'd love that. Oh and I peaked into your recs for Jodie, I will check those sites out. Region 1 dvds without shipping cost. Take care, Leo!!

Yeah I agree, it's nice to see the people involved giving their views of the TV/film making experience . Yeah that's quite possibly true, LOL. I am actually thinking about making a series of blogs that cover some of my favourite films (not necessarily high rated titles), that people might not know about, or were underrated when they were originally released . I'm busy this week, but I hope to try and get it started sometime this month though . I know those sites work for me in the UK, I'm not sure if it works the same in other countries, but it might be worth checking them out just in case . CDwow only asks me for about GBP1 extra for an imported title, but Playusa do ask more if the product is over GBP20 in value, but it's still cheaper than amazon.com more than doubling the price for imported titles

Hey I recently discovered PlayUSA I ordered True Blood season 1 over a week ago but it still has not arrived, I think I may have to pay VAT on it but I still should have got a note by now cos they said they dispatched it. I've looked at CDwow before I should do some more searches on them cheers. Oh yes I do have a multiregion player I suppose i am willing to pay up to 30GBP for brand new boxed sets but I have never payed more than that. I bought some boxed sets really cheaply from amazon recently only to discover that the region 2 releases are missing all the extras I am selling those ones on Ebay and I'm going to buy the region 1 copies with all the extras intact.
I remember a lot of those shows! I loved that BBC live action verison of Naria I also loved their adaptations of The Borrowers, The Queens Nose, and Five Children and It, I would love to get them all on DVD. I loved Round The Twist (not that other version where they changed the cast though) and I used to love a show called Maid Marion and her Merry Men. And I was into the 90's X-Men cartoon BIGSTYLE.
