If anybody still reads this/cares I've decided to do some more of my award winning reviews. So far my list is this:

  1. Halo 3
  2. Shadowrun
  3. Ikaruga
  4. Soul Calibur IV
  5. Fallout 3
  6. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
  7. Puzzle Quest DS
  8. The World Ends With You
  9. KORG DS-10
  10. Viewtiful Joe: Double Trouble
  11. Castlevania Order of Eccelsia
Yeah so looks like I've got a lot of playing to do. I'm on holiday break so these should be done within the next few days.

Seeing how Soul Calibur IV comes out on Tuesday I figured it's time to get some things off my chest regarding the game. Firstly...

This makes sense. An undead pirate fighting a Frenchman in what I'm assuming a 16th or 18th century setting. Where as this...

DOESN'T! To this day I don't understand it. How can someone from like a million years into the future fight somebody with primitive weapons and still be a fair fight. Ontop of that Mr.Starkiller(guy on the right from Star Wars: Force Unleashed) as well as Yoda and Darth Vader all have Force powers to boot. It should be noted that they three do have a Force bar that drains with the use of each move and eventually their health bar drains after excessive use of Force powers.

I guess my biggest problem is that the inclusion of Star Wars characters in the Soul Calibur universe seems very out of place and it looks like Namco Bandai is jumping the shark. As far as I know time travel has never been a theme or mentioned in any piece of Star Wars canon or fiction. I'm not a super huge Star Wars nerd but I do have very fond memories of the movies and Knights of the Old Republic and Battlefront games. I also have very fond memories of Soul Calibur II on the Gamecube and I guess I'm worried about the balance of IV.

Despite my complaints I did put down a deposit on the game and will pick it up on day 1 and the best part is if I don't like it or whatever I can return it within a week to EB games and get a full refund which is pretty nice.

610 is my Xbox Live Gamerscore as of writing this. Personally I can't be bothered with grinding for achievements. I mean who really has time to get every little thing in every game. I know it's designed for the hardcore and completeists out there but some of us are too lazy/don't have enough time to "find all the terminals" in Halo 3 or practise enough to "survive to 1 million points" in Geometry Wars or even memorize all the patterns in Ikaruga. I guess what I'm saying is make easier achievements for the lazy Xbox 360 gamers. I want to atleast get 2000 points but I'm not going to sit through playing TMNT to get there.

Some people just don't have opinions. Like LAZZOR.
LAZZOR must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could LAZZOR possibly have for not rating a single film?
