I don't believe any will die but maybe sasuke will get hit by totsuka and be in an eternal seal of dreams. But after he broke out of tsukiyomi I have a feeling masashi will make him use his hatred again to make him find a way to break out and attack itachi without him noticing sasuke broke free.
But I would prefer if sasuke lost his eyes.

I only want Sasuke to lose one eye because he NEEDS an eyepatch! 
But I think he might lose an eye, get saved by a third party, and (let me be hopeful here) realize he made a mistake and join up with Konoha. I know it's a long shot. Let me dream!
