Apple croissant pudding.

Random recipes are fun.

This is basically like a bread pudding but tastes really damn good and is pretty easy to make. I made some last night with my mom, and I didn't destroy the kitchen, so you know it's easy to make. Tastes good when warm or room temperature, I loves it. Ish a nice snack.

Basically, you need apple pie filling, raisins, and butter croissants from Costco (or Sam's Club, I guess). Then you'll mix in some other things and bake it. We were able to fill up three 8in. x 8in. cake pans with one tray, so that's more or less what this recipe is for.

APPLE CROISSANT PUDDING

Mixture 1 (heat in pot until melted):

1½ blocks butter
1½ cup milk
1¼ cup sugar

Mixture 2 (beat together):

3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mixture 3 (add to everything last)
:

1 can Comstock Apple Pie Filling (or any other apple pie filling)
1 cup Golden Raisins (doesn't need to be golden, just get some raisins)

---------------------------------------------

Chop one tray of butter croissants into cubes.

Fold both wet mixtures into the croissants.

Add the apples and raisins and mix it in.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
