Sunday was a bit of a money waster for me. Starting off with trading in Street Fighter 4 in mint condition not 1 scratch or mark on the case of disc, i still only got a measly £12 the average game nowadays is about £30-£60 so it was really quite irratating. So i decided to trade it in against a Wii game, Wii music, which was an ok idea the games good fun but quite shallow, not very imersive, has very little to do on it. It was £15 preowned so it only cost me £3 of my own money. Still i kind of wish i'd kept my money and been more sensible as i then whent on to waste another £17 buying a ******* Nunchuck!! I mean it's a piece of shoddy plastic with some rubber and some minor electronics inside for £17! Then i bought an OXM magazine another £6 which is slightly overpriced i'd rather not have the disc inside which must cost them a lot to produce so that was a bit dodgy overall i spent about £40 to return home with very little to be proud of... bad day. Oh and i spent a £1 pumping a flat tyre in my bike i got going to buy the Nunchuck... me and money don't get along.
It's not all bad news! I completed God Of War chains of Olympus which was really, really good fun. Quite short but a good game to own for the PSP. The ending was good, the story was quite strong for a hack n' slash so that was a nice suprise. The boss fights were quite dissapointing as there were like 3 proper ones in the whole game, which is annoying considering GOW's reputation for having good bosses. Having said that the final boss was nigh on impossible! Overall it gave me a good excuse to spend a few hours on my PSP which is my least played console it is slowly catching up... and i expect to get like 20 hours in when LBP for the PSP comes out.

I just felt like ranting about my money trouble and how i can't save money to save my life hehe. Some advice on how to dicipline myself and with money would be appreciated if any of you can save ![]()
Anyway i hope to go back to Oddworld now complete that then complete Lost Planet which i don't really like but... might aswell. Thanks for listening hope you found it remotely interesting!
A few weeks ago i posted a blog telling you all a few of my recent completions. My "recent completions" blogs are blogs to tell you about games that i bought then abandoned, then revisited to then complete. It's a bad habit of mine but i continue to do it so i might as well blog about it.
This time i revisited Me And My Katamari for the PSP which is an incredible game. True to the Katamari series it delivers what you expect and still does that retro Katamari game as the end credits roll in
it's really good fun. It's considerably longer then the Xbox 360 version but obviously lacks on the visuals but suprisingly it recycles the same world over and over again which is something the 360 version didn't do, still i'd give it an 8.5! I think i'll replay this game a bit more just to get some scores and extra cousins and presents.

A completion that i didn't abandon, oh no way did i, is Halo 3 ODST. I've already completed it twice once on normal then again on Legendary both times on my own. I've been doing a lot of firefight as well to get some more hours out of it as it's not particularly epicly long, but my only dissapointment is the lack of multiplayer for itself it uses the Halo 3 multiplayer by including a disc in with the case with the maps on it and some fancy armor. This itself is the only reason why this game is not a perfect 10 i would have loved to have seen some multiplayer even if it was just average it would've been awsome! That included Halo 3 ODST is still an incredible game and i would reccomend it to ANYONE with a 360 without a doubt. I'll probably write a review for this once the rush dies down so mine actually gets read.

They are my two recent completions. At the moment i'm revisiting God Of War Chains Of Olympus and i hope to soon start Oddworld: Munch's Oddysse again ( can't believe i left that ) so expect to see anouther "recent completions" blog in due time. Thankyou for reading. Keep playing~ KriobaKeys
Tomorow the 22nd of September 2009 my most awaited game this year is released! That's right Halo 3: ODST, the ODST stand for; Orbital Drop Shock Trooper, i know this because i've read the first book, yes i know that is quite sad. I have refrained myself from viewing ANY videos on ODST purely because i want this to be 100% special and completely new to me, infact so much so it made me angry to see Gamespot post the first 60 minuites of gameplay, God help those who watched that.
Since i pre-ordered it i get SGT Johnson as a playable character in... i think co-op or maybe just the firefight mode either way it's cool
. I'm worried that i'll overplay this and take for granted the true beauty of this game so expect me to take at least a week of solid playing of this game before i even mention completion! I really want to savour the moments i will have with this game, it'd be like Nintendo releasing an Animal Crossing that's not recycled, i'd go insane with excitement and overplay it such is the case with ODST!
Slight warning though you may not see me on this site for a while once it's in my hands and if my 360 decides that it wants to get the Red light again, did i mention after 3 months of getting a new one for my b-day i had to fix it myself...i must be cursed. Anyway i will probably be absent on Gamespot for quite a while this may affect my union which is slowly degrading once again, no matter how hard i try...*sigh*
Final piece of rant; ODST also comes with the final 3 maps for Halo multiplayer (about time) which means i'll have got all the Mythic maps for free, i got the first 3 with Halo Wars for getting collectors edition
should be great fun! Thanks for reading my aimless rant i hope you enjoyed it never the less and i look forward to telling you about this game once i'm no longer hooked ![]()
