That's all you need to know. You can go back home now

Seriously, you cannot ask for a better, well-rounded experience than what the craftsmen at Naughty Dog have delivered. At the risk of sounding like an extreme Sony fanboy this game is why you should already own a PS3.
A lot of talk has gone around saying that God of War III will be the definitive reason and/or time to buy a PS3. As much as I love GoW and as big of a hit that game will be in its own right, I'm afraid Uncharted 2 beat it to the punch.
And I'm sorry, but GS's review is flawed even according to their own standards. This game should have scored a ten. I'm not one to whine and complain about a game's score, but in this instance I feel that if any game of this generation deserved a ten that it was Uncharted 2. I can certainly find a lot more flaws in GTAIV (which GS felt deserved a "10") than with this game.
Now to be fair this is only my initial impressions of the game, and it's very easy to get carried away in that delightful feeling of euphoria that a game like this can produce in someone that has been waiting patiently for it to finally arrive. I have yet to beat the single-player campaign so I haven't seen everything it has to offer on that front. However, I have spent an adequate amount of time playing in multiplayer and it is very addictive and fun. There is something to appeal to all gamers' tastes featuring competitive and co-op matches. It's just FUN. And that's why we play games to begin with. If you're not having fun then what's the point?
God only knows when I'll beat this game or have the time to write a proper review as I'm going to take my time with the game and enjoy every chapter and plot thread the game's narrative has to weave. But rest assured I will write one to give more detailed explanations. Until then all you need to know is this:
