Hello ALL! I just wanted to blog before the holiday tomorrow since I won't be online. It has been a rough year but, I do have alot to be thankful for. My family and I have a roof over our heads, food on the table, clothes on our back, good health, and a best friend who has been WONDERFUL to us. She is no longer just a friend-she is family. My wife continues to be our only financial source. But, that my friends is about to change

I just got a call from an HR and I will begin my background/credit/drug check on Monday! which means I will hopefully be starting work very soon! I was elated when I got the call! unfortunately I didn't have a vehicle to get it all done TODAY but, I am thankful that they were able to reschedule. It isa wonderful blessing and I prayed to the Lord that an opportunity would come about andif it was good to Him that I'd find a job to help my family out financially. I believe in my heart this is the answer to those prayers.

It's APP-MANIA on Facebook. The website offers alot of fun apps to play and that is where I've been spending most of my time. I've had to cut back on a few of them because I have over 40 apps! I don't want to spend every moment just clicking the mouse button to achieve a new level, obtain more gold, or upgrade etc....it's an addiction no doubt about it. The new one I've been playing is Crazy Planets and that's alot of fun. I've also been playing alot of Pirates, Space Wars, Special Forces, Ninja Wars, and of course Restaurant City.

I've seen the movie "2012" and it was pretty good. I have to say the special FX were mind blowing and can only be appreciated in a movie theatre. It was everything I was hoping it would be and alot more. So, if you haven't seen it yet RUN don't WALK to go and check it out. The next movie I'd like to see is "Avatar" and "Ninja Assassin"

I haven't been playing the PS3 as much but, I am aware of all the cool games that have come out for it. It is indeed an exciting time to own a PS3 as ALOT of great games are being released. I still want the Nintendo Wii for A) the Virtual Console and B) the New Super Mario Bros. game! actually quite a few Wii games like the Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess, The Metroid Prime Trilogy, Super Mario Galaxy just to name a few. I'll be blogging yet another list for the Wii games I hope to get in the future. I've also had a Nintendo DS at one point or another but, had to sell it. I'd like to get that system again as well. Don't know what you got until it's gone lol. As for the Xbox 360 it too has some games that have captured my interest and I think the game that tops the list is Mass Effect 2.

NFL has been another activity on Sunday. The San Diego Chargers keep winning and that keeps me happy. The next game will be against the Kansas City Chiefs. I wouldn't underestimate any team at this point as the Chiefs beat the Steelers last weekend (?!) also, there is another game in which I can't wait to watch: Saints Vs. Patriots! I have a feeling this will be a GREAT game. On Thanksgiving it'll be the Packers/Lions and Cowboys/Raiders. I'll be watching both just for the simple fact that it's football and the season will soon be over which means *sniff sniff* no more NFL football dark times indeed.

I want to wish you all, from the bottom of my heart, a happy, healthy, and safe Thanksgiving. I believe this is truly a time to focus on the things we have and not on the things we don't. This Thanksgiving I'll be giving it up to the Lord for all His many blessings and the fact that I'm able to enjoy the holiday with family (my papa had a heart attack not too long ago but, now he is well--another blessing) and just enjoy the time however brief it may be.

Hello ALL! I am sorry I haven't been writing alot. Not much has been going on--until now....

November 13, 2009 I received mybaptism in San Diego, CA @ Mission Beach. I have been trying for quite some time through the Catholic Church but, unfortunately due I needed to obtain an annulment (which I couldn't afford)due to a previous marriage. But, I say THANK YOU to the Rock Church for allowing this special moment to happen for me! it was open to the public and FREE!--and I feel that's the way it should be. It is something that I will never forget.I am looking forward tobuilding my relationship withJesus Christ for the remainder of this year andin the coming new year.

How about the San Diego Chargers?! they are ELECTRIFYING! first the NY Giants and then the Philadelphia Eagles! I am also happy to see LT scoring touchdowns like he used to and by the way CONGRATULATIONS to LT as he is soon to be a Dad I wish him, his wife, and all their family the very best. Did anyone happen to watch the Colts/Patriots game?! the Colts had an AMAZING comeback to win the game. I thought for sure the game was over! for me it has to be the GAME OF THE YEAR!

I haven't been playing video games all that much anymore. I've been addicted to various Facebook Apps and so far it's either Restaurant City, a vampire game, and a mobster game. I am guessing I won't be playing PS3 until Final Fantasy XIII or God Of War III is released. Although I do feel a desire to return to Fallout 3: GOTYE and who knows maybe I will play it again before the year is over. I am definetely wanting a Nintendo Wii especially after watching the New Super Mario Bros. review! WOW!~ that game looks awesome and fun! plus, as always, I really want that Virtual Console.

Anyone see the movie "2012" yet? I may go see it soon. Also, want to see the movie "The Fourth Kind" other than that I can't think of another movie I'd like to watch except "Ponyo".

I am still in the hunt for a job. There are three possibilities: a security job at a hotel (I'm a top candidate for this one), a data entry position at a clinic, and I have a UPS interview this month. So, I am praying that one of these turns into aHIREDand I am able to get back to work soon!
