Yesterday or xbox 360 completely crapped the bed! It completely flipped out for no reason, we get it in December and it already died! It was making rattling nosies, the tray door would not stay shut and when it did it would have problems opening again. When I tried to play a disc it sounded like a old VCR trying to rewind a tape!
I emailed Xbox.com and all they told me was "I am sorry, when xbox runs it will make a whirring sound" That doesn't even begin to describe what it sounded like!
We did get to exchange it at Wal-mart and ended up by paying the extra $99 to buy the Premium Package! I still can not believe this has even happened, I hate to say it but I never has a problem with my playstation until it was about 4 years old!
