I'm looking over the following games for my next rental from Gamerang. I'm in that horror adventure puzzle mood. Thanks to Haunting grounds & Still Life. So Give me some advice. Or if you know of something that isn't listed let me know.

Echo Night Beyond

A horrific crash on your honeymoon has left you separated from your spouse. Opening the door to the lunar colony 239,000 miles from Earth – you find a desolate base haunted by the spectral remains of those who called it home.

I really couldn't find much on this one, but I played the old PS game & was rather annoyed by it.

You are an FBI agent on the hunt in this gripping and sickening hunt for serial killers.

I'm not a huge fan of first person games, but I hear this game has a good story with plot twists. So I'll get over the 1st person. I wonder if all the great things are said about this are because it's on 360.

New York City is stunned by a series of mysterious murders, ordinary people are killing absolute strangers Lucas Kane becomes another one of these murderers when he suddenly kills a stranger Covered in blood, Lucas regains consciousness with no recollection as to why he committed murder.

I'm not sure what the player does in this game. Is it like Shenmue?

The King had been murdered and the Kingdom is in a state of chaos. But, an even bigger tragedy is about to hit; the devil is about to be resurrected.

I haven't played a deception game yet.

Kuon

The Heian-kyo Period of Ancient Japan where mysticism and magic will require you to reach deep within your soul to uncover the mysteries of the undead.

There isn't a really good description of what this game is about.

The main character's twisted nightmares take her to the "House of Sleep". It is here that she encounters the most hideously tortured souls who are being overtaken by a curse and a deadly tattoo, and also where she discovers the most about truth, life... and death.

I played & really enjoyed the first one. I own the second but haven't played it yet.

Played & enjoyed the first one but the story was paper thin

I believe Gamespot called it RE in High School. How could I not love that.

I'm embarrassed to admit I haven't finished this game yet.

I feel like I'm forgetting one. Maybe Jon can remind me. Well after making that list, I see everything I've been missing while I was spending all my time playing wow! I better get started. Please if you know of any games I haven't listed that you think I would like that have come out in the last 3 years let me know!

I got my copy from Gamelender recently so I figured I'd give it a try so I could get something else from my queue shipped out to me soon.

I admit I like sim type games. So I had fun with this game for about 6 hours. In case you were interested the game breaks down into the same basic tasks you do over & over again for each issue you publish. Get a centerfold, a cover shot, an article, an interview & a pictorial. For the last three all you do is tell your staff to do it. Plus they add some extra tasks in each mission. Like get two girlfriends.

I can't believe how easy the overall game was. Anyone I talked to became my best friend. Women ran to the couches lawn chairs and beds to have sex with me. I would have liked people to not like me or women to slap me when I asked them to make out with me right after I made out with the girl standing next to her. The only thing that gave me problems were the bugs that infect several areas of the game.

If you like the Sims it's worth a rental or if you really like topless women you can unlock pictures of real bunnies by spending points you earn for completing missions. Or if you just want to play a really really easy game.

We picked up AC WW on Tuesday. I have been having a lot of fun. Can't wait to visit someone else's town. I have had several people over but haven't been out except for Termina which doesn't count

I'm going to spend my down time tonight looking for more patterns to input. I'm disappointed that you can only have 8 at a time. I suppose I could display at the store then I could have 12.  Just waiting for my ax & for my fruit trees to bloom so I can start landscaping.

Does anyone know what a timer does?
