Well, my internet is back up. Huzzah! Unfortunately, it means my parents are back. I suppose it doen't really affect me too much, as they let me do what I want as long as I don't disturb them or my sister.

Well, I started my workout a couple days. I'm soooo tired. Ironically, the day I go to the gym is actually easier....

Gym day.

6 sets of 8 reps bicep curl 22.5kg each arm.

4x6 80kg bench press

5x12 tricep extensions 25kg

500 squats (I have a bad knee so can't put too muc strain on them)

5x12 side raises 7.5kg each arm.

250 crunches and 250 reverse crunches

150 pressups

Off(weights) Days.

150 pressups

4x6 vertical pressups (I need to use a wall because when the blood rushes to my head I collapse)

6x10 widegrip pull ups

500 crunches and 500 reverse crunches

2x15min runs.

Now this doesn't seem a lot but I spend six hours with 5kg weights strapped to either my ankles or wrists alternating each hour. Runnning for 30 minutes is no picnic when you're legs have suddenly gained an extra 10kg.

And on the seventh day, I rest. I came close to collapsing the other day. I'm not sure I've totally recovered from Creamfields.

Peace Out

Kiki

Cheers Kas. Maybe, I'm sure my body will have adjusted by the end of the week. Yeah, the VPs are the most strenuous exercise.
