We're nearing the hiatus folks! After this blog, I will only post one more movie blog before taking a break from writing these. This week, I dealt with the Hulk, three amigos, and a girl named Carrie. Read on for my reviews on each.

I actually got to see this when it came out on HBO about two weeks ago. My friends saw this in theaters and the buzz was really positive. Going in, I knew that this was going to be better than 2003's Hulk. I haven't seen 2003's Hulk and I don't think I want to LOL. Almost everything from the action to the characters was cool. Edward Norton did a good job as Bruce Banner. I liked the idea that it focused more on what really makes Banner become the Hulk. Tim Roth as Blonsky was great as well. I actually liked Blonsky despite the fact that he is the main villain in the film. Special thanks to the filmmakers for having Lou Ferrigno do the voice of the Hulk. I wasn't a big fan of the Hulk but this film made me more of one. A good film for any comic book fan out there.

Rating: 4/5

The day I saw Three Amigos, I had slim pickings but I was glad to see the film. Steve Martin, Chevy Chase, and Martin are a good comedic team. I didn't feel like there were enough laughs but maybe its because I didn't catch some of the references. One of the funniest moments was a scene where they are going through the desert and the only one with water is Chevy Chase. The funny thing is that Chase has enough water to fill a pitcher. A decent comedy worth a look for some laughs.

Rating: 3/5

I'm a fan of horror films and Carrie was just evil. Sissy Spacek was great as Carrie. I felt sorry for Carrie throughout the entire film. Her mom was over the top and I kind of disliked her. In the last 20 minutes at the prom, I was rooting for her. Everyone had messed with her enough that I was laughing during the prom scene. Many people say this is a great horror film and I totally agree. I kind of knew what would happen during the ending and it still managed to scare me. Even though the film was made in the 70s, this is still a great film year after year for horror fans. The only fault I had with the film was that I felt it was a bit dark near the end.

Rating: 4/5

That's it for this week!

Thanks for reading!

Next week, I will post my last movie blog. I will let you guys know what I plan to do afterwards.

Until next time, that's a wrap!

So, great movies. Wanted to ask if you remember me, former leader of the Universal Union. It would be great if you passed by it. Thanks. HULK SMASH!
