Hey everybody. I'm sorry to be super late with this blog but college midterms took up most of my time. The same rules apply with a Definitely and Maybe list. Enjoy! (Wii/DS games are in Blue, 360 in Green, and PS3 in Black)
Definitely
Saw [Oct. 6]
Brutal Legend [Oct. 13]
FIFA Soccer 10 [Oct. 20]
DJ Hero [Oct. 27]
Uncharted 2: Among Theives [Oct. 13]
Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time [Oct. 27]
Maybe
Borderlands [Oct. 20]
WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010 [Oct. 20]
Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games (Wii) [Oct. 13]
Tekken 6 [Oct. 27]
The reason I picked Tekken 6 for PS3 instead of 360 is because I grew up with the series on PS consoles. Fun Fact: Tekken 4 was the first game I got with my PS2.
Thanks for reading! Please comment and let me know what games you guys got to play this month.
Hey everyone! Its been a while since I've posted a blog. I've been busy getting ready for college and last Friday was my first day of class. College has been good so far and I hope it gets better! The reason for this blog is because there are a lot of games coming out in September that I really want to get. I will be posting in two categories (Definitely and Maybe). If you guys want, post the games you're looking forward to in September in the comments. I will be posting the 360 games in green, PS3 games in black, and Wii/DS in blue. ( I will be adding games from the last week of August because I want them too!
)
Definitely:
Batman: Arkham Asylum (Aug. 25)
Beatles: Rock Band (Sept. 9)
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 (Sept. 15)
Halo 3: ODST (Sept. 22)
Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box (Aug. 24)
Scribblenauts (Sept. 15)
Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days (Sept. 29)
Maybe:
Section 8 [Sept. 8]

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (Sept. 15)
Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story (Sept. 14)
TMNT: Smash Up (Sept. 22)
That's its for now. If there are any games you feel I should check out, let me know. Thanks for reading and have a good day! Sorry for the lack of PS3 games, there will be some in my October wishlist.
Welcome to the final movie blog...for now. This week I dealt with 40 something stepbrothers, the importance of voting, and an evil orphan. Read on for my take on each film.
In past movie blogs, you will note that I am a big Will Ferrell fan. I'm happy to say that Step Brothers continues Will's streak of hilarious comedies. Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly star as two adults who still live with their parents. Will's mother meets John's father at a conference and they fall in love. Soon after getting married, Will's mother decides to move in with John and his dad. What ensues are a bunch of jokes that are sure to make you laugh. Will and John are a good comedic team. Some funny scenes include a fight over a drum set and the building of bunk beds. Its not Will Ferrell's best film but it will make you laugh nonetheless.

To be honest, I don't know what drew me to this film. It might've been the cast. This film has Kevin Costner, Kelsey Grammer, Stanley Tucci, George Lopez, Madeline Carrol, and many others. Kevin Costner stars as Earnest "Bud" Johnson, a man who works at an egg factory and takes care of his daughter as a single father. His daughter Molly (Madeline Carrol) decides to register him in order to vote. The next day after casting his vote, Earnest is told that his vote didn't count because of a malfunction. In ten days, He must recast his vote. With only his vote left to decide the election, both candidates decide to persuade him for his vote. What I liked about the film were all the characters I got to meet. The best ones were Earnest and his daughter Molly. However, what I disliked about the film was that I felt it tried to do a bit much by having many characters and relationships. An enjoyable film with a good message.

At first, I wasn't looking forward to watching this film but positive reviews from friends piqued my interest. Orphan tells the story of a couple who decide to adopt a child after the wife's third daughter dies during labor. At first Esther seems like a nice girl. However, you soon discover that Esther is evil and planning to murder the other kids. The film thrilled me more than scared me. There were many times where I wanted to jump into the screen and smack some sense into the characters. LOL. Esther was truly evil and I found myself hating her. My favorite character had to be a little girl named Max. She is another daughter of the couple who was born almost completely deaf. I liked the twist near the end. A good suspense film worth a look for anyone who enjoys them.

Thanks for reading!
Until further notice, I will put the movie blog on hold. I will be attending college in a few weeks so I won't have time to watch as many movies as before. I wish to thank all of you who have read my movie blogs and commented on them. It means a lot ![]()
I may do what I like to call a Box Office Blog where I will talk about the movies coming out each weekend and blog about how I think they will do in terms of box office earnings and critic reviews. This is just an idea but if you guys would like me to do it please let me know in a comment.
I will still blog from time to time.
Until next time, that's a wrap!
