It was the first console with operating system (Windows EC) 3, Emulaba games (Genesis, Super nes, nes, Game Boy and inclusively PlaySation)  4, programs  to see films in format vcd. well there are but points in which for that reason it would dare to me to say that Dreamcast was the Precursor of the videoconsolas of new generation(My English is poor) jejeje
