Inherited Techniques-Lightning Creation(not like a storm) and Manipulation(can change it into weapons like dual lightning blades, lightning dragon(s) or a ball of lightning(like a lightning rasengan) and can absorb any lightning attack and covert it to energy.
Demon-The 5-tailed dragon, zetsuei

Personality-pretty easygoing but always ready for a battle due to a source of lightning within his body, inherited by his father, that refills overtime and he summons to use his special jutsus.
Special Jutsu-no genjutsu, taijutsu and ninjutsu only: Personal style- Kenta combo 1, kenta combo 2, kenta combo 3(combo of various strikes and end with sword slashes number of hits increases as combo # increases).
Sword style- 5 stances in done one after the other in sucession in this order: dragon twister, dragon strike, aerial dragon strike, zero-stance dragon strike, dragon twister strike.
Water style- spiked rain jutsu, grand tsunami, grand waterfall, water clones, twin water dragons, dual water blades, mizukyu, hydro breaker.
Lightning style- raikyu, lightning clones, lightning rain, raikyu combo, lightning edge, TL dragons, DL blades, lightning charge and lightning bullet.
Other ninjutsus- shadow clones, great clone explosion, shuriken/ kunai shadow clones, shuriken/kunai no escape jutsu, summoning jutsu(lightning and water dragon).
Dual element jutsus- super raimizukyu, natures wraths, hydro lightning, relentless blades and super-charged spiked rain jutsu.
Backround-was born in the hidden cloud village but was moved to the newly founded hidden village in the heart when his father, kai kiruma, founded the village with his two best friends, hora natsugare and gin kayashi,. He has inherited many of his father's techniques and his lightning kekkai genkai and finds himself constantly looking up to his older brother kazuma, who has acheived the rank of heart jounin at the age of 16 and is currently 20.
