From being the weak non-English speaking,controlled by her husband woman on the show to the weak woman with a broken heart and to finally the Sun we know now. The Sun who approached Widmore and almost killed Ben. The Sun that is willing to do anything for her husband. She really is an awesome actress. He first started out on The Cosby show back in 1984 and is now considered an A-list celebrity right there will the all time greats of comedy like Ashton Kutcher but unlike Ashton Kutcher, Adam does not know how to be romantic,he does not know horror or drama. She has talent. Very promising young actress. Her roles have taken her to the A-list celebrities of Hollywood. She truely knows how to take the form of the character she is playing. I was especially impressed with her role as Anne Boleyn in the movie the Other Boleyn girl. She played the innocent and the b!tch. I like the way she can change her facial expressions really quickly in suitable moments. V for Vendetta was a good movie but I wasn't too happy about her acting and I really don't think she was right for the role. She was way too light. She has superb acting skills but, in my oponion Natalie,dosen't always know which roles to pick. Another thing I think that she does is, she depends on her outer image way too much. You can't just stand there and look gorgeous and expect an oscar to be handed to you. No you have to earn it. So I think she is awesome but she could do alot better.

What do you call a guy who's so hot he makes your jaw drop and is a good actor ? Well that's Tom. Tom started out on Smallville. For eight seasons now he has been playing Clark Kent. He knew how to act for the romantic scenes and tragic scenes and even the humerous scenes. Whatever genre it is, Tom has mastered it all. Movies ?! He has been in both the " Cheaper by the Dozen " movies and while they are very popular movies I don't think they did anything to his movie carreer since he litterally said like ten lines in each movie and he looked too old to be in those movies too. I was impressed by his acting skills in season one of Lost. He was capable of playing his role comfortably. The strong,angry bad boy who is in love with Kate. In season two he moved steadily with his role. Season three his acting didn't change. He was always the angry bad boy inlove and then came season four and still all Sawyer could do was shout and fight and save a girl now and then. I hate how his character did not develop over the first three seasons. I don't know whether to blame the writers or him. But since the writers have provided many clever storylines which kept me hooked, I'll blame him. All the other acotrs developed their characters on the show. Mathew Fox was able to change Jack from this strong man into this terrified freak with a beard who needs to persuade everyone to go back to the island. I think we can all safely say Evangeline Lilly has shown us some good acting. Josh is the only one on the show who hasn't really expanded his horizons. He has always been subtle. I think he has the talent to become better and I love his outer image but he needs to add to his acting skills.

Christina Aguilera was born on December 18, 1980. She started out on Disney with some of the all time greats ( Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake). After that her hit song " Genie in a bottle " she attracted millions. Christina was made a star since her first album. I think her first songs ' Genie in a bottle ' and ' What a girl wants ' didn't exactly reflect the best she could do but then she shocked me when ' Dirty ' and ' Fighter ' were released because those songs were going to change the innocent, sweet girl Chritina into Xtina. Dirty was one of the sexiest and dirtiest songs at the time and the video gave Christina the title Xtina. Also the song ' Fighter ' which encouraged female strength became a worldwide hit. Other songs like ' Beautiful ' were also really popular. Then came Christina's " Back to Basics " album which has some of her best work. The notes and vocals she showed off in this album are phenomenal. " Candyman ", " Hurt" and " Aint no other man " were on the top of the charts for months. Christina's voice went from awww to hot to best voice this century. Not only did she give us some of the best songs to listen to when we are down and upset but she also gave us some " shake your butt " worthy songs. He's always so calm and cool and has this stood straight never curved thing going which I admit is great for some characters like for his roles in ' Troy ' and ' Mr. and Mrs. Smith ' but for other it's just lame. Like in his new movie ' Burn After Reading ', He tried making himself funny after lots of years of being plain and empty but instead of funny he came out as goofy and stupid. Also Benjamin Button was too overrated. The whole movie he just sat there and talked. His expressions never changed. It was as if he was a straight line that goes on forever. Obviousley Ali Larter has been a star for a while now. She has mastered the horror genre and did some work regarding comdedy. She showed off her screams and worried faces in the first two ' Final Destination ' movies and then took it to the next level in the third ' Resident Evil ' so there is not doubt about it that this woman can act. Now we can see Ali Larter on Heroes. She has been on Heroes from episode one and on Heroes we have seen her develop her acting skills. For the first two seasons Ali Larter did great as Nikki Sanders. A mother of a child who can talk to machines while she has a split personality. It's superb how she could transform herself from the innocent, caring and nurtouring Nikki Sanders into the evil,sexy and Mischiveous Jessica in a matter of seconds. I like everything about Ali's performances except for one thing. Sometimes she dosen't react in scenes as well as she should because I think that she thinks her face is good enough for all expressions if she just stands there. Like in Volume 3 of Heroes. All she does is talk and smile when she's being evil. When Tracy was going to kill herself, she just stood there with no expressions and threw herslef off the bridge. I'm not sure whether Ali is slipping as an actress or if it's this character Tracy which isn't letting Ali get to her full potential. Either way Ali needs to expand her horizons with more movie roles and different shows. She's always my favorite on Heroes but I think it would be better for her if she left the show. In conclusion Ali is magnificent and outstanding as an actress in my oponion and I deffinately want to see more of her :D

Sarah Michelle Gellar is truely the queen of all television because of all the roles she takes on.

I will evaluate some of these rules starting with the most popular and my favourite Buffy Summers

Sarah was able to turn this character into suc a powerful figure who is an inspiration to people everywhere.
She turned emotions into actual physical movement.
Sadness,love,strength and weakness she took all that into her grasp and made Buffy a shake of these elements creating a mixture which appeals to eveyone who have watched her on the show.

As for other roles Sarah Michelle Gellar has certainley created a scary history of movies which included the popular scream 2, I know what you did last summer and the grudge and it's sequel where she made horror her specialty.

Sarah has had loads of of other roles which got her to where she is today.

A beautiful, smart,classy and talented actress who developed from a small girl in a burger king commercial to a soap opera t.v star who won her first emmy at the age of 16 to the number 1 t.v actress.

Sarah you are and always will be my inspiration.
