Turns out it was my gallbladder. I had it removed last night. I was nervous all the way through the process. I went to the hospital and I felt like I was paralyzed. There were screaming noisy children who needed to be seen that day as well. My mother noticed I didn't fight back by telling the parents to shut their kids up, a sign that said I wasn't feeling well. My parents were there for me. I was a little loopy from the pain meds they gave me at the hospital. When surgery was over, my father volunteered to spend the night with me, to be supportive and make me feel comfortable.
I got out of the hospital today and was given pain meds and ugh, stool softener. Sometimes, the pain meds are worst than the pain that comes from being cut open.
My father and mother started a prayer circle. My father's boss and his wife plus my parents' pastor and myextendedfamily back east in New Jersey prayed that I come out of surgery healthy and happy and that the surgeon's hands were skilled and all that associated stuff.
As for me? I feel a little sore and tender. I can't eat anything fatty for the next few days.
I'mnot feeling my best today. My back is killing me.
However, I have been reminiscing about a cartoon called The Big Snit. It was a Canadian cartoon about a couple who struggle with each other while a nuclear holocaust happens outside. The cartoon ends witht the couple in heaven, going back to play Scrabble.
I am almost up to 200 blog posts. I've been thinking about doing more dolls. In fact, I have been working with my father to bring you my Organization XIII dolls. My father helped me do a test with one of the doll heads. He helped me give a doll a buzzcut. Mainly because Luxord wears his hair in a buzzcut.
I don't really care about whether or not I get comments. They are welcome, though. I write just for fun. If you stumble across and want to comment, you can comment, just adhere to the standards here.
I support many letter-writing campaigns. Mainly liberal causes are what I support. Why? My life is more liberal. I may be conservative in some aspects (like measuring my snacks), but I can assure you that I'm mostly, if not all, liberal. I'm just a strong woman. Yes, I'm a girl and I've been using the computer since I was 3.
If you want to comment, I have a question. What should I write about on my next blog post?
