Seriously Nintendo? Is the DSi even a year old yet? Youhave the NERVE to improve it AGAIN? Why can't you just wait a few years between upgrades? I have bought just about every iteration of Game Boy since the original monochrome, but I drew the line at the DSi. For one, I really didn't need the cameras. The larger screens where nice, and I was thinking of breaking down and buying one just for the screens, and maybe the DS Ware, but now this? How in the hell am I to know that you won't make yet a THIRD DSi if I decide to buy this?
Apple is annoying enough constantly improving their iPod. Everytime people decide to buy one, they release a new model with more memory and more features. How in the hell are you supposed to invest in something when there's always something new just around the horizon? I don't particularly mind upgraded models when they're spaced out, but god, how are you supposed to make the decision to buy something when you know there's a new and improved version coming just around the corner?
Christ, Nintendo.. Do you have any idea how many people you just pissed off with this? STOP BULL****ING US AND GET YOUR **** TOGETHER!

I swear I said the exact same thing... except it was about MS and RRoD.
Anyways, yeah. This is the Early Adopters Get ****ed Generation.
But I've been a PC gamer all my life, so I'm desensitized to the whole "buy something and it's obsolete tomorrow" thing
Solution 1.) Don't buy it.
Solution 2.) Realize the world is full of thieves and become one of them.
Solution 3.) DDOS critical databases through Turkish and Albanian botnets until you get lifetime free DS'. #2 and #3 are jokes. Get it?
But yeah, after the GBA, the first GBA:SP, the properly backlit GBA:SP, and the GBA Micro, this doesn't surprise me too much.
I still have my fat DS. It's hideous, the battery life is terrible, the stylus is the size of a toothpick, but it works.
