Another thrilling chapter in the exponentially exciting adventures of J Monk on ebay...

OK, so after accusing the guy of fraud and threatening him with opening an ebay dispute (not sure if you can do this, but hey, and besides you can open Paypal disputes so...) the shifty ebay seller has sent me back a message to the effect that he has been without internet for 3 weeks and will post my Dropkick Murphys tee. And with a free patch for being patient.

Hmmph. Remains to be seen, doesn't it? Whether or not he actually does this I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and hope he's not stalling. For what I don't know.

Either way, his feedback score is plummeting fast and I'm not at all happy with his lack of communication. I'm only dealing with sellers who have 100% for a while.

As you can tell, not much else is happening in my life at the moment... so stay tuned.

I hope you end up getting it, I can see how his Internet being out for 3 weeks would cause this but couldn't he borrow Internet from somebody to let buyers know he's being held up? I've never been ripped off on eBay, but then again I've only bought 3 items

Only person I'll ever rip off is Mr. My Pants. Uhhh...I mean what?
But yeah hope it all works out well.

@ Turbo: Thanks, yeah me too. True - he could've even got on @ the library for free ay? Wouldn't hurt - especially considering he has an ebay store. The customers always right. (Well, the customer's usually an ******** but ah well.
@COD4ME Thanks.
I'll blog if I do get it. Betcha can't wait.

Sorry about the late reply to the blog, for some reason whenever I clicked the link in 'recent blogs' it said 'Invalid Board', never struck me to actually click your user name

Regardless, hope it works out for ya! I'm sure it will, surely everyone in the world can't be crooks!

@ Cactus - Yeah, that's been happening to me, too (clicking on the link and getting the error msg).
But, well, it'd restore some of my faith in humanity if he turns out not to be a crook...
Aw, who am I kidding? Nothing can.
