Killzone 2 came out early this year with loads of crazy anticipation by Playstation 3 and all Playstation fans in general.Killzone 2 gave us a great story,showed us the most breathtaking graphics we all have ever seen on a console,and a addicting mutiplayer with nice clan features.As i was voting for the VGAs when i got to the GOTY award i was looking for Killzone 2 but surprisingly it wasnt there.Killzone 2 was one of the best games of 09 and with all the years of work that Gurrila Games put into Killzone 2 it didnt even get a nomination for Game of the Year.

But it gets better guess what game that got a nomination that i think didnt deserve it at all.Batman Arkham Asylum,now dont get me wrong Batman AA was a great game,it was the best superhero game we all have seen but was it GOTY worthy?No it wasnt.It didnt make a huge comeback like Killzone,it didnt have a big of a fanbase as killzone 2 and it didnt set any bar.Now lets move to another game shall we.Ok so Left 4 Dead 2,was also a big game but lets ask ourselves that same question was it GOTY worthy?No it also wasnt. Left 4 Dead 2 did the same thing as NBA Live or Madden games do,they just keep the same thing but add more features and maps. Left 4 Dead 2 only had 1 year worths of work and even though its a good game i must say if Valve had waited maybe another year or so it would had been a great game.So as iv heard before the Spike GOTY awards is just a huge popularity contest,and just to let u guys remember GTA 4 won over Metal gear Solid 4 last year which is just jaw dropping.Killzone 2 deserves a spot on that GOTY nomination list and i dont think anybody can honestly say it doesnt.

The Spike VGAs are right around the corner and im doing this blog to see what u guys think of a few things .So first i thought ill talk about a new shooting game by 2K that will be shown at the VGAs(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6T8D4uuemY). i really dont know what to make out of this game yet but im very curious about what this game is.it looks like it could be the end of the world or something by all of the destruction of were the soldiers are.There has been a rumor thats it could be Bioshock 3 but im almost difinit that its not.So i guess we would just have to tune in to see exactly what it is.

Halo Reach is also being shown live at the VGAs which im very excited about.So iv heard that Bungie is making Reaches graphics way better than any Halo they made before,and i think i speak for every 360 owner when i say ITS ABOUT TIME!

i just realized that ODST wasnt $60 worthy at all.Bungie makes few new maps, a new game mode,and a shorter story mode than Halo 3 and they make it a game.But im hoping Bungie lets us play as Master Chief again and im really hoping they win me over with this one.

This years show will show many new and some of the most anticipated games of 2010 - 2011 and im guessing they will show Bioshock 2,hopefully Gears of War 2,Resistance 3,Cod 7 and many others so dont miss it

i went to gamestop today and as i went over to the 360 section to pick up Modern Warfare 2 i saw something that caught my attention which was......

and this seemed like the perfect game for me sense i really wanted to get a RPG and iv never played Bioshock before and i really wanted to get it before the 2nd came out.Besides i dont even have Xbox live yet so if i did get MW2 i will just be playing the short singleplayer.So im pretty sure i made the right decision, i mean 1 short single player vs 2 longer single player games for less money it seemed like a no brainer for me.But anyway i love both of the games i got very much.Bioshock has goreogus graphics and i havnt got really into Oblivion yet but i will soon

p.s. im still getting MW2 for Christmas
