Hello all!

Well, I wanted to make this blog a few days ago because the main/coolest/best/mostamazing (lol) thing I'm going to talk about was the Soundtrack of Your Summer concert, but I still haven't uploaded my pictures to the computer because I've been super busy all this weeking hanging out with friends and going to the mall and stuff. So I'll try to get those pictures up sometime because they are truly amazing, if I do say so myself, and because I think it'd be really cool to put them up here, and as much as I'd like to have them up with this blog, I'd probably have to wait a few days because I'm hanging out with my friend Mandoline all weekend starting tomorrow, so I'd probably forget all my memories and the actual even would be old news. Lol, that was a long explanation, but yeah. So I'll try to get them up on the computer soon enough.

Alright, so last weekend I spent all my time with Jolyn and Jayme, they spent the night at my house on Friday night and we watched a ton of movies and OTH reruns from the 4th season, then I went to they're grandma's house on Saturday night with our other friend Lauren and we watched all the olympic coverage until like 2 in the morning. we were all so tired when we got woken up for Church on Sunday morning! ahah. but we went to Churh with they're grandma and it was so much fun. After Church we went to KFC and we all got the chicken biscut bowl thing, which is sooo good and we hung out with some of the kids that live around they're Grandma and go to Church with her and stuff. and after we got back from KFC we watched some more of the olympic stuff and started getting ready to come home so we could leave for the concert, because it was later that Sunday night. We got ready at Jolyn and Jayme's and then we left for the concert after my parents dropped Jensen off.

The concert was totally amazing, it came to Charlotte on August 10th. It was Boys Like Girls, featuring Good Charlotte, Metro Station, and The Maine, and I love like all of each bands songs, so I was so excited that they were all comming. I went with my friends Jolyn, Jayme, and Lauren, J&J's older sister Jaclyn, and my sister Jensen. The concert was at a music hall and there were so many people there. They didn't actually start playing until 7, but the doors opened at 6:30, so we were in there for like 30 minutes trying to fight the crowd to get up to the front of the stage by the time The Maine opened, but we didn't. And we all got separated, like a lot. So that sucked. Jaclyn and Jensen finally decided to leave the group and just go up to the Balcony and watch since they couldn't see much from where we were, but Jayme, Lauren, Jolyn and I spent the rest of The Maine's time trying to shove up to the front, and we finally got there! It was so amazing. I was in the very front for all of Metro Station's performance and most of Good Charlotte, but it was so hot in the music hall and everyone was sweating like crazy, and all the bands threw they're pretty-much-completely-filled water bottles out into the crowd and Mason (Musso, from Metro Station) threw one right behind me and the way it landed in whoever's hands made the entire bottle dump out on me, so my WHITE shirt was completely soaked through in the back and my hair completly frizzed up, so that sucked. So during Good Charlotte Jensen came down and told Jolyn and I where Jaclyn was, and we had sweat enough that we just didn't feel like fighting the crowd to stay up front anymore (it was a workout, let me tell you, people reeaaaly want to get up front) we just decided to find her and watch the rest of the concert from the balcony.

After Boys Like Girls played about 5 or 6 songs Jaclyn, Jolyn and I decided to go out to where all the band's trailers were because they said they would be out to sign autographs later on after the show was over. So we left early so we wouldn't have to wait as long to get them to sign our t-shirts that we bought there and take pictures with us. It was really cool, we got to talk to all the guys from the Maine (they are officially my favorite band of all time to hang out with (not that I have many meeting-band expierances, but I've met A Cursive Memory, Boys like Girls, and The Maine, so I think that counts)) The guys from The Maine were all so cool. and they were really funny, and they're all sooo cuute. And Jolyn is really vocal when she thinks a guy is hot, so each guy she went up to she said "you're really pretty, did you know that?" and they'd laugh. it was pretty funny. My favorite guy is John because we're peace buddies. haha it was so funny, I'll play out the conversation for you as much as I remember.
Me- (seeing all of his necklaces) ooh! I love your necklaces! I have a peace necklace on too! (I pull my necklace up.)
John- Thanks, sweet. I have these necklaces (points to each necklace) and this bracelet (points to his wristband)

Me-
(trying to peace him up) Oh, well I have my necklace, and two peace tatoos. One on my ankle (I point to it) and I did have one on my wrist, but it came off during the concert.
John- Oh, (confused) was it a real tatoo?
(Jayme laughs out loud, really loud, everyone else laughs as well)
Me- haha no, I drew it on with sharpie.
John- Oh, haha.

and thats about it. I got pictures with all the guys from the Maine and with Martin Johnson from Boy like Girls (he's the lead singer) and he is sooo cuute! ahh I love him. and John, and Garrett, from the Maine. Jolyn, Jayme, Jaclyn, Jensen and I went back to see Garrett without Lauren because he was in the back of the trailers and she was getting something signed by Jared from TM and we told Garrett our names and he was like "whoa, so your like the J Group" hah he was so cute and funny. and the best part is that when Jolyn asked John when they were comming back to Charlotte he said October 15! so all of us are going to go see them then too. I'm going to make John a peace bracelet to wear lol. I'm so excited.

What's the Soundtrack of Your Summer concert? Was it expensive? Glad you had fun! I love movies with friends. Which ones did you watch? Aww, that sucks you all got seperated. It would've been better if you guys were in pairs or something. OMG I'm so sorry about the water! On the bright side, it kind of helps with the cooling off. You're so lucky to get autographs and yeah, I definitely think that counts 'cause I haven't met anyone yet LOL. PEACE AND SHARPIES?! Haha, that is too funny. Open house for what? Hope you have a great day.
