A week ago I finished the EPIC AND AWESOME Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. Let me start by saying it is the greatest game ever created ever. While I was playing I picked up on some things and wanted to share it with you guys. So here is my hints, tips, and random weird stuff of MGS4.

Hints and Tips

• If you have played through the game once, you will unlock the ability to access cheats through the extras menu. Here is my advice on some of those weapons you can unlock.

THE PATRIOT: definetly a great gun. with unlimited ammo and no reloads it is sweat. The one flaw is recoil. If you hold on to that trigger for too long, you will end up shooting everywhere, so watch yourself.

THOR: has brutal damage (can shoot through up to 3 people), but only has one round in a clip. Bullets are expensive and come in small packages. use this gun wisely.

Desert Eagle: Powerful pistol (not aspowerful as the Thor) has a decent magazine, but shooting in scope mode can be a little awkward. Overall a handy handgun.

• If you are a fan of level select (including me) you may be let down that MGS4 dosen't have that feature. Well I decided to create my own. When you reach a point in the game you think you want to go back and play again without the hassle of a new game, save on your current save slot. Then go back and save again on aempty save slot. Next time you reach a point where you want to save, use either one of the slots you want (they should be the same point of progress.) repeat this process however many you want to.
• This might be a general tip, but its the most important of them all: search every nook & cranny for guns and ammo. You will earn tons of new stuff and become a DP millionare. Trust me, its worth the hassle

Random Weird Stuff

• Is it just me or do Otacon and Meryll have the same hair do

They both must go to Kojima for their hair cuts.

• The ladies in MGS4 like to show what they got

Both Big Mama and Naomi like to show off their necklines, now I know why she's called BIG mama.

UPDATE!: Well I am finally back after a nice and fun trip. I will now resume my regular posting and blogging duties.

Well I am going to be straight out honest. I am bored and a little frustrated. For one my copy of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is broken. It always gets stucked at this certain point in this one level, and to add on top of that Best Buy won't have another shipment coming in until this weekend. So that leaves me with only Modern Warfare and Arkham Asylum, which is not a bad thing, but I have some problems with my modem recently and I need internet in another room and the Cable Company wants 60 more $ and a BUNCH of other CRAP. Now if I want internet on the PS3 I have to moveit to the other room back and forth. I am going to get a wireless router to fix this problem once and for all! Besides all that I am looking forward to another Arkham Asylum DLC release and inviting some friends over this weekend. I am also thinking about seeing 9. Has anybody else seen it? There you have it. UPDATE!: DAMN! I ordered the wireless router and when it got here I hooked it up. I was really enthusiastic about it, but guess what. The wireless range isn't far enough! Now, I do not have a HUGE house, and it still won't reach. I am going to order a wireless booster and see if that works, but after that its the last straw. I will just have to live with it. WHY IS THE INTERNET SO DIFFICULT!
