I just saw Grindhouse last night. I've been waiting since the pitch for this movie to be made. It met some expectations. Here's an honest run down of the movie.

I just saw Grindhouse last night. I've been waiting since the pitch for this movie to be made. It met some expectations. Here's an honest run down of the movie.
"Planet Terror" was made for movie buffs. You'll love this movie if you're a fan of action and horror flicks. Any badass I've ever seen in a movie made an appearance (in the whole Grindhouse movie). Freddy Rodriguez will blow you away and Michael Biehn is the pistol totting sheriff. You'll love this over top action-horror flick.
The trailers were all entertaining but Rob Zombie's was OKAY. Tarantino's "Dont" was eh.
Eli Roth's "Thanksgiving" made people straight up walk out of the movie so, lol. Robert Rodrugez's "Machete" was a great way to open the movie. It was awesome. Quentin Tarantino's "Death Proof" was very boring. First time I ever saw anything he's done be so boring. There's way too much dialogue...even for him. There's actually three scenes throughout his movie that are entertaining. It honestly was so boring I almost left. This movie is not for the queasy and do not take a girl out on the date to see this movie. I counted 20 people walk out of the movie after "Planet Terror". You'll also have to adjust to the 70's feel of the flick, it may have annoyed some people.
In all, this movie is a movie theatre experience, it'll be worth renting but, you won't get the same feeling you will like you're going to get watching it in a theatre.
