I haven't done much posting until recently, so what have I been doing all this time? Well, I've been taking a break from politics and doing a lot of singing in my church band. I happen to be one of their best singers. I really like the church I'm with. Although it is a Seventh Day Adventist church, it is different from the other ones around here. We have services in the afternoon instead of in the morning since a lot of youth like to sleep in. Our main target audience is young adults, although anyone of any age who is young at heart are welcome. Dress code is casual dress. We also have what we call "small groups" where different groups meet during to week to have bible study and fellowship, usually in a person's home. We try to be real to each other about the problems and challenges we face in life. We make sure that guest and members feel welcome.

There have been good changes in the Christian Heritage Party as well. The former leader of the Canadian Action Party, Dr. Andrew Moulden, has left the party and is now a CHP member. Including him and the issues the CAP deal with will help to diversify the issues CHP deals with by including the preservation of national sovereignty and against any form of North American Union. Former leader of the Social Credit Party of Alberta, Wayne Cook, whose party was unsuccessful in registering federally, has decided to disband his party and has now joined CHP and encouraged his former members to join as well.

It is with sadness to report that the leader of the Christian Witness Union, Crushmaster, has been banned from Gamespot. I don't know of all the details, but it has something to do with him expressing the Christian viewpoint on something. He is a strong Christian who will be missed very much.

It is no secret that expressing the Christian viewpoint on any issue on Gamespot has become harder as time goes on. I have also noticed that a lot of the Gamespot mods/admins, even some of those who claim to be Christian themselves, will be hostile towards the Christian user. What they claim violates the TOU is so subjective, that they might as well say that any viewpoint that they don't like violates the TOU.

I know that Gamespot is primarily a video game site. But we do a lot of talking on other subjects. The Christian perspective on many issues is not a politically correct perspective and never will be. If Gamespot doesn't want the Christian perspective expressed, then they might as well come out and say it, instead of making Christians do an enormous amount of "verbal acrobating" in an attempt to word the Christian perspective in accordance to their personal interpretation of the TOU.

I know that Gamespot wants everyone to be respectful. However, being respectful should not require softening or compromising the Christian persective on the issues.

In addition to not being able to express the Christian perspective on various issues on Gamespot, there is also evidence of other people saying insulting things about Christians with the mods/admins not removing it despite it being reported.

Here is a 1 hour video called Speechless - Silencing The Christians

In Florida , an atheist created a case against the upcoming Easter and
Passover holy days. He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against
Christians, Jews and observances of their holy days. The argument was that it
was unfair that atheists had no such recognized days.

The case was brought before a judge. After listening to the
passionate presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring,
"Case dismissed!"

The lawyer immediately stood objecting to the ruling saying,
"Your honor, how can you possibly dismiss this case? The Christians have
Christmas, Easter and others. The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah,
yet my client and all other atheists have no such holidays."

The judge leaned forward in his chair saying, "But you do. Your
client, counsel, is woefully ignorant."

The lawyer said, "Your Honor, we are unaware of any special
observance or holiday for atheists."

The judge said, "The calendar says April 1st is April Fools Day.
Psalm 14:1 states, 'The fool says in his heart, there is no God.' Thus,
it is the opinion of this court, that if your client says there is no God, then
he is a fool. Therefore, April 1st is his day. Court is adjourned."

This is too good not to forward.

Some people just don't have opinions. Like Jemdude.
Jemdude must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could Jemdude possibly have for not rating a single film?
