I am the Master of the Universe, with the ruling title of the Dragon Emperor. As such, it is my duty to protect the people of the universe from total crap. This stems from games, to historical prospectives, to politics and economics. Dont expect any communist PC BS from the Emperor, as he will not enable the perpetuation of the entitlement attitude that has ruined too many a civilization. Also, the Emperor will not accept invitations to unions without first receiving some kind of in-depth description as to what the union is about. All "out of the blue" invitations will be declined flat-out. Finnaly, show the Emperor the proper respect when addressing him, as ruling the universe is not as easy as it sounds!
