Im usually not big on fan-fic but we have quality writing right here on Gamespot. Life in the Mists, created by Gamespot user Ferran, is fan fiction set in the Half Life universe. It follows the expliots and trials of Carl and his brother Paul in a city that has undergone major Shelling by the Combine.Whether your a fan of the Half Life series or know very little about it, Life in the Mists is a great read that I highly recommend to anyone.

That was some of the most intense action ive EVER experienced. My heart is still racing and ive stopped for about 8 minutes. 2morrow i get to try out some co-op with a pall and than maybe in a week have a Gears LAN party. Everyone I know has been talking about the game, even teachers of mine, so i started to think it wouldnt live up to all my expectations, but now I can say i was very much wrong, the game is incredible!

First blog post ever

Recently ive been saving up some cash for a wii, im already at $90 bucks...but is it just me or are there a lot of good games I could blow that cash on before the wii comes? I mean we have okami and ff3 this month, than Splinter Cell DA in october along with ff6 advance(which is great for me since I never played ff6), Than Gears of War available a few days before the wii. Im starting to wonder how anyone with any other systems saves up for a wii. Ah well ill just have to stick it out.
