We just got our first ultrasound (pictures to come shortly) and looks like the little guy has definitely got outdoor plumbing, so it's time to stock up on toy cars and sports equipment.

It was so incredible, up until now, it's been kind of this far off thing. But once I saw his little legs and arms and watched him move around on the screen it totally changed everything. That's my boy in there! That's my little boy! So strange that such an overwhelming change in my mindset has occured since the ultrasound, but it's awesome. We've been married for 2 and a half years now, and we were ready.

In other news, I broke down and am finally getting my first faceplate for my 360. It is a free one that comes with a preorder of Full Auto, so I guess I'm not actually buying a faceplate per se.

I keep telling myself, if the game sucks, I'll just keep the faceplate and either sell it back or on eBay. If it really gets bad reviews I may keep the shrinkwrap on and just return it. But I'm hoping it's at least decent.

Oh, and I've taken your advice and began looking for a AV cabinet with a door to protect my latest investments from prying fingers. The Mitsubishi ones look nice, but I may stop by Ikea and see if they have something as well.

In any case, we're still looking at July for the little guy. We've decided on Martin as his first name, which is the actually the name of my Brother who died of cancer a few years ago at 17. I felt it was a proper tribute to a brother I loved dearly.
