yayyy college.....
My life is moving on SUPER fast. I mean like, seriously, I'm looking at colleges, studying for the SATs, going to the movies with my friends every single effing weekend lol. I don't think i haven't seen one yet, minus the lil kid movies.
So yeah. College. Hm. I already know a couple places i will be looking at...if i have to share a bathroom i REFUSE to go.
I mean wouldn't that suck? Having no privacy ever ("hmm iras, why do u are you so UPTIGHT about having privacy in your own bathroom?") I like privacy lol. I don't do anything other than the usual in the bathroom, it's just, i mean, if i need to brush my teeth i'm not going to want to see my roomate taking a dump.
I understand locked doors but what if i have a roomie that loves mexican food? It would always be locked!
Now the showers. No i will NOT go into one of those huge bathrooms made for one dorm where basically everyone can shower in there at the same time.
EW. NO. I will NOT be showering next to Helga, or Janice, or Susie, or Nixi...okay maybe NIXI lol jk jk. [she's not going to read this so i don't know why i made that joke. All habits die hard i guess]
And i've SEEN dorm rooms. They're SO EFFING SMALL.
My plan? Make it through a YEAR then get an apartment next by. In fact i'm sure that's what i'm going to do. My own private apartment here i come!
College will be fun.....but it sometimes freaks me out. You know i'll miss all my friends, my family, my HUGE house and my HUGE room and my OWN bathroom, andmy REALLY nice computer, etc.and i'll also missthe overall "comfort" i've come so accustomed to feeling in this dinky little town i call home.
[i don'tknow if anyone will read this because almost all my friends on this site died, but if you do thanks lol. I'm thinkin' it's time to stopped blogging on this site, it's sort of a waste of my time, until the summer anwyays]

I actually hadn't given much thought to the dorms and stuff. At least you're getting somewhere though. I'm still on step one because my parents are too busy trying to convince me to change my career path. Lame hypocrites. Whatever happened to MAKING MY OWN DECISIONS? D:And I absolutely FORBID you to stop blogging. Well, I can't forbid you, but ...I like your blogs.
But personally, I think you'd be wise to spend at least one year in the dorms- it's great socialization. I'm a bit of a loner, but I made so many great friends in college, especially from the dorms, and I'll bet you will, too. That part of college is just as important as all the book learning college gives you, in my book.

Star_Dreamer: :O i know! I mean i've already taken the ACTs and i've done really well on them buuuut my mom still wants me to take the SATs...which are a lot more confusing. And what do you mean about your parents? My mom wants me to be a lawyer -.- i'm like, "no."
Gabfan: yeah I understand I'd have pretty much zero friends if i didn't stay in a dorm for at least my first year so I WILL make it through one year lol. Maybe I'll get one of those suites
