GAMES: GameSpot GameFAQs MOVIES: Metacritic Movietome Comic-Con

I'm happy to say that I still see some familiar faces in my Tracked Blogs (jediskilz is still up and going, then there's Egonga, MrCHUP0N (I wonder what happened to ShenlongBo...), Jerell_rast (Emblems union, right?) and shaunmc (one of the last admins I got in touch with...) )... Needless to say, I forgot lots of things I used to know around GS... I still remember those times when I used to make top 50 leaderboards and the such, right now I noticed that duxup surpassed with a bit KingFrizzy, and that capsizedsailor is still... "The Boss".

You know, I've gotta grown out of this video games obsession, right now I'm into completely different things... such as literature. Yup, my life has changed quite a bit, but not as much as it may seem - once at few years, I change my hobby, but the passion is always there, whether it was architecture or video game mags or poetry. Of course, there are still reminiscenes coming up from the time to time - not many years ago, long after I've grown out of architecture, I've restarted buying similar (design) mags, although there's a huge difference between the crappy architecture mags from the early 2000's and these extravagant design magazines with all sorts of interesting designs (Ron Arad or Karim Raschid or Phillip Stark spring to my mind), but now I'm no longer passionated about that either (although I still can appreciate the things that were in those mags). Talking now about games, there are two former gaming obsessions that somewhat resisted: Oddworld (which I know ever since Abe's Oddyssey was first released on PC) and Need for Speed (more recently surfaced obsession, motivated more by subteraneean obsessions, I guess, and, a bit, by adrenaline...). Now I'm participating from time to time on the Oddworld Forums and, yesterday, I've done an unbelieveable thing: I've installed NFS: Undercover on my computer! I got the game ages ago, but I was extremely lazy about this... Prove of my laziness is that, although I've installed, I didn't started to play yet... >_>

As for Gamespot, it is pretty symptomatic that I haven't logged in months... Only now I've noticed that there are no longer alternative themes... Fortunately, I've discovered this GameSpot Ice 2.0 theme jakeboudville & co. made, it is pretty cool! The old Ice had probably more intense shades, but, hey, it is a lot better than the boring old color scheme...
