right now i'm on break so i'm taking a break from some school work to see who noticed i was back. thanks LSyd (: school can sure be a pain in the butt. i almost miss high school...things were alot more simple back then...but how are you other then all the assignments?
Uni is starting next week, but since I'm supposed to be studying overseas this year, I can't take any classes in Australia, so my break goes until I leave in a month or so, but I still have to go to information sessions and hand in forms on fairly short notice.
The weather is pretty good at the moment, but I think if you were here earlier in the month you'd have wanted to go back to Canada. There were three days in a row where it was over 40 degrees C in some parts of Sydney, and it got up to 46 in Melbourne. It's mostly in the mid to high 20s for the next week, which is just right, but they're expecting thunderstorms for a few evenings.
how long will you be in Japan? sounds soo exciting.
LSyd
Advice from someone who is now in his 4th year - a lot of the assignments are 75% research anyway (although it depends on the subject), so you should go into the library and find out what you're supposed to know near the beginning of the semester when things aren't as bad. It means you'll have more time to study for exams near the end when all the major ones are held.
