Ha! I finally did it! Suck it, fools!
#5: Terra Branford

Terra is a completely unique character for numerous reasons. She was the first female main character in a Final Fantasy game, she's half-human, half-esper (a summon creature), and before fighting against the Gestahlian Empire, she was forced to work for them by means of a 'Slave Crown', a very clever metaphor for rape.
Final Fantasy VI was a very mature game, dealing with the issues of suicide, death, and the aforementioned allusion to rape. An oppressive Empire rules a vast majority of the land, and only a few people stand up against them. In the midst of this is Terra. Her confusion is sympathetic, and her emotions, which had been suppressed for the majority of her life, taking hold of her (or not) only fuels it.

Nevertheless, throughout the course of the game, Terra becomes a determined and assertive young woman, and her development and issues throughout the game are greatly moving. In my eyes, she is one of the best female characters not just in Final Fantasy, but in gaming as a whole.

So another theme change has occured. While I did like my Umbreon one, inspiration struck while listening to 'Blue' by Hikaru Utada, so I decided to change it to my current Persona 3 one.

So what do you think? I for one, adore it, and think it is easily one of my best works.
Not that I care. ![]()

Also, I myself saw the slave crown as symbolism for slavery, or forced labor, as it felt like with the slave crown, they pounded her mind into something that lived only to work. When the crown was taken away, she was a whole new person, as though the labor had become who she was, and all that she lived for.
By the way: If Setzer isn't on there, I will kill a puppy.
Anyway, Terra is one of my favorite FF characters too. She's so cute
Stupid Locke......
I never really connected to Terra. I liked Celes more so, but hey, that's just me. Though, Terra had an interesting backstory, certainly one of the more intriguing ones in the FF series
@haga11111: That's a bit obvious, don't you think?
@chaosmakerX: Mine's Zidane. FFIX FTW!
@Shiggums: Fo' reals, that's what it is!
Yeah, one of my favorite things about Kefka is that he actually succeeds in destroying the world. The closes any villain I can think of that came even close to that was EXdeath, but then again, he was absorbed by his own power in the end.
@Thunderstarter: I used to do that too.
@kingkilla3: Well, you should. Nao.
@Abgoj: OK then... thanks.
@haga11111: I know. That's just awesome.
