I deal with the same problem. You're not stupid or an idiot...the people in your life just don't care about you enough. THEY are the ones who are stupid, not you. Just think twice before you help them next time.

Just because people are too prideful, I'm guessing, from the sound of it, to accept advice and/or help from you because you're not the most popular person or quiet, it doesn't mean you're an idiot. But it certainly makes a person feel that way, doesn't it? =(
