Alrighty so i decided to reinstall GIMP on my pc and make my first Sig, i was also thinking on giving my name a little more blurry effect idk.....ahem anyways ....here it is.
Voila !
Please rate and give out your honest opinion, also if you have any advice or tricks for GIMP i would kindly appreciate it.

7/10 from me aswell. Although, I can be very critical when it comes to sig rating. For your first time, you did a great job. But sig feels more like a cut out picture then sig. What you should do is created an outline on the other edges of the sig so it looks like it's with in a frame.

Ok honestly?
7/10 BUT:
- It's tooooo big! I'm not sure if you uploaded a larger version, but imo a sig should be a little more subtle size-wise :p
- I agree that your screenname doesn't seem to fit in the spot where you placed it.
- I don't see any of your own creativity in this sig
- Personally, I'm not too fond of mimes, but that could be just me

You're right it's a pierrot, I couldn't think of the right word, only mime came up in my mind
The skills will develop, just experiment! I'm a total n00b with photoshop, yet I did some online tutorials and now I can actually create clothing for my sims using photoshop.

Looks great. Not to keen on Hon3nheim being there though. Her hand seems to be an important part of the picture (making it nice and balanced on that side the same way the frilly thing does on the left) and the Hon3nHeiM somewhat blocks it out.
