On Cartoon Network.com, it seems that they have some big plans coming up. Here are my thoughts on a few of them:
Billy and Mandy/Kids Next Door Crossover:
Story: Billy's stuck in his dad's lucky pants and only the KND can get him out.
My Verdict: I like crossovers and all, but this sounds kinda stupid.
Cartoon Network Invaded
Story: Cartoon Network has been invaded by aliens, who have crossed several TV shows- Edd, Edd and Eddy; The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy; Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends; My Gym Partner's a Monkey, and Camp Lazlo.
My Verdict: Oh yeah! Now this is a crossover! Apparently, it's a month-long thing, and is supposed to have "alternate endings" or something like that. My only real complaint is that they should add more shows like Ben 10, Codename Kids Next Door, ect...maybe even bring back of the old shows just for the occasion...then again, maybe not
The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy: Wrath of the Spider Queen
Story: Something about Grim's past coming back to haunt him, and Billy & Mandy need to work with their enemies.
My Verdict: Sounds interesting, but I'm not too sure about this one.
Ben 10 Movies
Animated Story: Ben accidentally sets the watch on "Self-Destruct Mode" and needs to find the person who made it in the first place.
My Verdict: If we get to lean more about the Omnitrix, then this sounds like worthwhile viewing.
Live Action Story: Um...the site doesn't really give a specific description.
My Verdict: Maybe I'll wait for the trailer to come out...
I'm somewhat depressed today, because I found out recently that a person I've known since grade school was arrested for tortuing a person because that person, uh, hurt others.
While I understand why they'd do it, (heck, it kinda sound like something I'd do), they way they did it doesn't solve anything.
I miss my younger years, when I used to think only men and women could fall in love with each other, and when I had no knowledge of how bad people could be.
I guess it's true then. You don't know what you've got 'till it's gone.
Have you ever had Deja vu? You know, when something happens that you think happened before?
I've noticed it a while back, after I thought about something from a specific TV show, and it just so happened to be showing later that day. This has actually happened to me several times.
Has anyone else ever had this?
