Hey, what's up everybody. I am about to start some hardcore training for football. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what sports drinks I should use. I know Gatorade, Propel, and Powerade are some of the frontrunners, but are those the best to use since both Gatorade and Powerade have alot of sugar and Propel doesn't rehydrate you like the other two. I was wondering what you think and if you're not into sports, post something anyway. I don't care what you post, but at least post.

P.S. What anti-perspirant should I use....... JUST KIDDING!!!!!

i would go with powerade isotonic. it's a lot more hydrating than rregular powerade.

heck yea, i tired the other stuff but i think Gatorade is the best, wether doing MMA or what other kinds of sports by the way what position do u play.
