If I had to pick one thing to tell you about myself, it would have to be my passion for auto racing, but not just any ordinary racing. There is a racing series that stands above them all, it’s the pinnacle of auto racing. It is called The Formula 1 World Championship. The most technologically advanced Auto Racing in the world. Just to give you a feel of how fast these cars really are, check this out. These cars can go from a complete stop to 100 Mph (160 Kph) and back to 0 mph in only 4.8 seconds. From a speed of 124 mph (200 Kph) to 0 mph, only takes 2.9 seconds. These cars only weight about 1330 lbs (605 kg) with the driver included. The engine is a 2.4-liter V8, capable is reaching 19,000 rpm’s (the speed of the internal components of the engine) and produces close to 900 horsepower. So as you would imagine, to satisfy my need for speed in real life, my friends and me have taken our sports cars to several racetracks around the northwest to either enter amateur races or just try to beat each other’s lap time. If it's not apparent, I'm a huge speed junkie. As far as my personal interests go, I guess I like doing the normal things, like hanging out with my friends, going out to movies, playing the 360 or PS3, and trying not to get arrested for doing “stuff” I should not be. Besides spending my free time with my GF, friends, playing my 360/PS3, and of course anything to do with racing, I am preoccupied with college, which at times, is a total drag.
