Uncharted 2, Who's game?

So on a brief 360 note, I finished off Shadow Complex and Halo 3 in a matter of 2 days or so. Short lived but good games. I ordered Burnout Paradise and Fable 2, but in the meantime I picked up Uncharted 2.

So needless to say I've started Uncharted 2 this evening, and it's very good so far. I like that it caters to an adult audience and doesn't pull any punches with the jokes that would be made in real life. The acting is very believable, and the excellent graphics back it up. Trudging through the snow and seeing not only footprints but actual small snowbanks and troughs created by walking, is pretty unbelievable in a game. High marks all around, so far.

have fun with U2. i played the first one. and it was really fun to play. hope U2 is not as short as the first one was.

@Missmorphine So far it is good, it did get a 9.5 so I'll wait and see, but I'm expecting it to keep up the pace.

Shadow Complex ends on a bit of a bum note, wouldn't you agree? Was hoping the story was better seeing as it ties in with a novel, but top game nontheless. Paradise is great fun, you'll have a blast with it.

@PAJ89 Yea it does end rather lackluster, but I highly doubt this will be the last entry in the franchise. I think this was more of a test/proof of concept game, and with such high regard I very much expect it to become a full fledged retail game, if not an episodic series of games. Either way I'm stoked for more of it.

I'm hoping to get Uncharted 2 soon, but in the meantime I'm playing the original again. Such a fun game, I'm excited for the sequel. I've also got Burnout Paradise if you wanna hit that up sometime. Fable II's co-op (in case you haven't heard) is terrible and not worth playing. Of course, that's just the co-op. Single player is great, hope you have fun with it.

@amozarte: I had heard that about Fable IIs co-op. I wasn't really thinking to play that one online, more just got it because I wanted to catch up on some Xbox exclusives that I couldn't play before. Also, I'm down for some burnout whenever it is that it arrives!

@hintaki: Absolutely, the more the merrier ! If you know how to start a co-op game I'd be happy to join in and help out. I just finished the game this morning, it's excellent all the way through.

@gamer_girl15: I haven't played the first one either, and I didn't feel as if I was missing out on anything, at any point in the storyline. Other than the obvious 'connections' to a couple characters, but it didn't affect the enjoyment of the game at all.
