Well, as most of my friends have 360s and I wanted to play Shadow Complex, I finally took the plunge. So far I am finding the interface pretty slick, and the experience is not lacking. I hope the hardware holds up, but otherwise I'm enjoying my purchase.
I'm a few hours into Shadow Complex and I'm highly enjoying it. Might even review this one. My first impressions are that it's worth a full price tag, and it's one heck of a good bargain at 1200 ms points.
I got the Elite bundle with Halo 3 so I have that to play soon as well.
So if anyone would like to add me, my gamertag is GunnyHathX .. I'd have used GunnyHath .. it's a long boring story, but the X fits anyway.

heh, you sound like the flip of me. This holiday season I'm getting a PS3 to play Fat Princess 
The one thing I've heard that the 360 excels in compared the the PS3 is the voice chat capability, doing it in and out of games and loading sequences.

Congratulations with the 360 ! If you want you can add me , my gamertag is ananda07. I don't think we'll ever play together because of the time difference between us but you never know. And it's always nice to see what my friends on GS are playing on their 360.

I recently upgraded to an Elite as well. Enjoy your new toy! I hope it gives you many years of great gaming and fun!

I'd definitely say its the dark side. The temptation of extensive online features and a consistent catalogue is tempered with the fear of hardware issues. But not to put a damper on things, its a good time to get one I reckon. The hardware will never be perfect but its a hell of a lot better than it was, and loads of bargain bin gems for you to experience.
