I just thought i'd put down some of the randomness that's in my head!!

Has anyone read the Tokyo Mew Mew manga? If you have then please add me as a friend because i read them lately and loved them!! The strange thing is that i saw my first episode of TMM only a few months ago but i've become obsessed with it and it feels like i've liked it for years!! Ok i've just decided to tell you how i became obsessed with TMM!

Well one day i was watching PopGirl on the sattelite. This show called "Mew Mew Power" came on and i decided to watch it because i was bored. I thought it was okay but then i saw one scene that i thought was hilarious so when the episode was over i decided to find it on youtube so i could add it to my favourites. I eventually found it and decided to watch a few more clips. I was reading the comments and saw that loads of people were saying that it was crap compared to some show called "Tokyo Mew Mew". I didn't know what they meant so i asked and someone told me that Mew Mew Power was only a dub of Tokyo Mew Mew and that it was really heavily edited, had been Americanised, and that loads of scenes had been cut out that 4kids had said was unsuitable for children.

So, i decided to find an episode of Tokyo Mew Mew to see if it was as good as everyone said. OMG i absolutely loved it from the moment i saw it!! It was funny, so much more serious and i fell in love with all the characters!! I was amazed at how different it was from Mew Mew Power (you really have to watch them both to compare the differences!) Anyway i eventually got around to watching the entire serious and loved every episode!! I then found out that it was originally a manga so i decided to buy them (I bought all seven at once so that i wouldn't have to wait).

I had never read a manga before so i didn't know what to expect. It was in authentic manga form so it took me a little while to get used to them but when i did it was great! I read them within a few days and i absolutely adore them!!

So now i have them all read (twice) and have watched all the episodes. Tokyo Mew Mew means so much to me and i can't believe how much i have learned since i first discovered it! But i will leave that till the next blog!!........
