There was so much hype to this movie...everyone was talking about it...everyone wanted to watch it...and everyone loved it...well I'm not everyone...I'm just someone!
The movie started and so did the singing...and I said to my friend "I forgot this was a musical". But it wasn't that bad...the singing and talking was balanced and the acting was O.K.
I did walk out the cinema feeling sorry for Tracy Turnblad as she seemed so naive to me and I felt like shouting out "LIFE IS NOT ALL ROSES LOVE"...but then that is the whole point of the movie good things happens to good people, no matter the colour of your skin or the size of your skirt...and what a good life we would all live if any of that was true.
Overall a good musical that is fun and happy and...erm...nice...

The movie turned out to be so funny, with most of the funny coming from Shia LaBeouf and Anthony Anderson.
The Transformers were great to watch and true to how I remember them. I was to glad when Optimus Prime arrived with the rest of the transformers in the middle of the movie as there was much suspense before. The movie was fast moving with little of the mushy love stuff...and that's always a good point of an action movie.
I even thought the storyline was good, and the CGI...you could really be convinced to believe that all seen was really happening.
Overall a great movie that has so much going for itâ¦and was way better than I expected!

Well I'm not much of a fan of The Simpsons but I though I would give the movie a try, and now I wish I hadnât. O.K it wasn't that bad...but then it wasnât the great either. I was glad the movie had a story line that followed scene to scene. The only problem with the movie was I thought the writers lost the wit of The Simpsons characters. Bart was lonely so wasn't as funny...Lisa was in love so no funny from her...so we were left with Homer and Marge...who are not as good without the others. There wasn't that much funny, and when there was it passed so quickly. If they decide to make another movie (which I hope they don't)...they should put a lot more 'less obvious jokes' because thatâs what makes The Simpsons...THE SIMPSONS!

O.Kâ¦so I've seen the first Spiderman movie, the second Spiderman movie and now the third Spiderman movie....
When I was told a third was coming out I though "oh dear another poorly scripted Spidey movie", as Iâm not a fan of the first two. Yet I must say the third movie is most certainly the best out of the others. Spiderman 3 may have been better than the other two because of the large array of Super Villains.
A couple of surprises in the movie defiantly helped in making it better, yet it was still lacking in some areas. Getting me onto the reason I have given this movie 3 stars. Well I believe the acting was a little dry from the chosen actor being Tobey Maguire. I just found it hard to believe some of the emotions he was meant to be going trough. Another thing that let the movie down was its slow start. It seemed to drag a little, as it was setting us up for the ultimate ending. I just remember sitting in the cinema wondering when the black symbiote and Venom were going to show up, and if they did do another Spiderman movie...whether the King Pin would be the ultimate Villain?
As my mind went wondering the movie kept on playing and was usually on a nauseating scene of Mary Jane and Peter Parker going though what couples go trough. Mehâ¦I prefer the action, which is why I believe this movie was better than the others as the battle was much more entertaining. Although the ending was good, and it was funny to see an Emo Spidyâ¦lolâ¦but as the movie got goodâ¦it finished >_> Would I advise you to watch Spiderman3? Yes! You will be bored in the beginning...laugh in the middle (more near the end)...and be wide eyed at the end (like 10 min before the credits)â¦enjoy! ^_^

300 may have been hyped up a bit more than it should have beenâ¦but it was still a great movie. The use of awesome graphics, layout and setting allowing, the movements of the actors to look beautiful. At one point I forgot I was watching a movie and thought that I was watching a performance in the theatre. One great thing about the movie was the lack of unnecessary talking, it got straight to the point from the start and continued that way to the end. The movie was not rushed but fell into its time span well. I have never read a book or watched a movie on the Spartans, so a lot of the stuff in the movie was new to me, as I was watching it with a virgin mind.
I loved the part when Lena Headey, who played Queen Gorgo, did the dirty on Dominic West who played Theron. Usually in movies the women run off crying after been made a fool off, but not in this caseâ¦yay!!!
The movie was good, the acting was good, to conclude it was all great. I do hope that more directors pick up on how the aesthetics of a movie can make it beautiful and still be a âmansâ movie.

O.K so the movie was great...but I feel as though Mel Gibson forgot about some stuff during the end of the movie. I say this because in the beginning of the movie Mr Mel was using two different filming techniques, (the amateur filming and the professional filming). By the end of the movie we were only viewing the film trough the professional camera view, so where did the amateur technique go ???
Well the movie may be criticized because it is not 100% historically correct, but neither was Pearle Harbour but people loved that. The movie has a great story line and a fantastic cast who made everything so realistic. Jaguar Paw was an awesome character, Rudy Youngblood also learned the language by heart. The end was the bestâ¦I gaspedâ¦and knew instantly what Mr Mel was trying to convey. A brilliant watch, and check the website out its great:

I simply did not like this movie. It had no real story line and just seemed to go on and on and on the longest hour and a half ever! The best part was with the shark which surprised me, the rest was predictable. Luke Wilson and Uma Thurman did a good job in the acting part of the movie, but the lines they had to deliver...Iâll just leave it at that.

I feel as though the movie felt it had to live up to the first movie, therefore the movie seemed here, there and everywhere. I lost interest in the movie at times, which leads me to have a full conversation with my friend who watched the movie with me. A lot of over acting from Orlando Bloom, and unnecessary appearance from his female counter part. Yet again Johnny Depp did his best to keep the film together with his high end acting, but his efforts were not worth it. There were some good stars that were not given enough on screen appearances, such as Bill Nighy and Naomie Harris. An O.K. movie, which simply left me disappointed.
Overall a good blockbuster movie that will be worth to watch only once if you had nothing better to do!
