With this song we're done for the first half of this countdown... so what song in this one??
This song is the intro of an Anime with space bounty-hunters, a boy, a dog and their space-ship called The Bebop. Yup, that's right, Cowboy Bebop, ladies and (not so) gentlemen.
OK, small talk about the show, cool show with gun and fight, which have the particular appealing of having certain rythm, marked by the BGM, making those fight really fun to both watch and listen. ![]()
Now on to the song:
The song name is "Tank" and for those who like Jazz this song must be a blast and probably will hate me for having it this low. Yes, it's a great song, but sadly I lean a bit more towards metal, but hey dudes!! it got pretty high for my standarts!
The song also gives this intro a certain 70's show intro (not that 70's show, just 70's show) kinda retro and I really dig that.
Anyway, I think it's time we blow this thing, get everybody and the stuff together... ok, 3, 2, 1, let's jam!!
"Tank"

Ok, guys next song is here...
For this number, I'm afraid I can't speak much about the anime as I honestly haven't seen but one chapter and that's it... and I didn't get to understand what was happening.
But like I said before, this is about the intro songs and guess what I liked it.
I got curious about this particular Anime thanx to one of my(our) missing buddies here, SymphonyCometh, because he always brings this up. So yeah, you guessed right: it's Death Note.
Anyway, on to the song:
Like I've said many times, I'm a metalhead and this one cought my attention from the moment I heard it. Nice metal, but somehow I find it funny to see the Japanese rocking this hard tbh. I'm more used to J-pop than J-Metal lol This song is called "What's Up, People?" and it's really good to headbang.
So if it's sooo good why it ranked this low?? Well, for starters I HATE the final part of the song. I mean, I'm into metal but it has to keep certain melody to it, cool tunes not just random noise, and sadly that's what the last part of the song is to me. I know you guys probably like this kind of metal (if you like metal) because it's more your generation but again, it's just noise to me.
Also I don't like the fact that I can't sing it because the vocals are way too fast and in japanese lol ![]()
But hey!! Don't get me wrong!! the song is really cool and it could've gotten a higher place if it wasn't for that tiny issue. I even have the complete song and guess what?? when I hear it, I have a good time... at least while it gets to that final part.
So here it is: "What's Up, People?"... and here's the "Complete Version" (those dudes, rock HARD I tell you!!)

Well, guys since last number was a big sound fiasco as no one knew Mazinger Z (wow), I think this one will be a bit different.
The Song deserving number 8 is called "Chala Head Chala", but I'm not sure if everybody here has heard of that song, even though if you've heard million of times of the anime it's from.
And what Anime is that?? well, none other than my beloved Dragon Ball Z, one of the best animes in my records. After all, what other anime has lasted that long??? over 10 ****ing years of awesomeness.
Anyway, the song is one of the coolest I've heard. Back when I was in high-school everybody knew this song from the lil kids to my classmates.
I'll give it a small margin of me being wrong about it, but hey!! after all those episodes, this song definitely gets stuck in your head for good. I guess this is the reason it got number 8 instead of a higher place. Oh yeah! and also this version of the song is the best vocals it has, not too much into the Japanse version because it kinda sounds crappy when they say chala head chala ![]()
And for all DBZ haters... well, I'll be polite and not say it, but it's not nice ![]()
Ok, here it goes: "Chala Head Chala"
