imortal/grayrambo0 tagged me, so here they are (who starts these things anyways? I'd trace the source but I'm too lazy):
1. I am starting up a Kendo club at my university as soon as the paperwork gets done
2. I am currently watching 12 anime
3. Even though it doesn't help me in any way, and wont count towards any portion of my graduation requirements- I am taking a Japanese course next semester. Gotta live a little eh?
4. I... bought a suit today? With a smexy teal blue tie.
5. I'm planning to buy a tv sometime from thanksgiving to superbowl for my room. It's about 8'-10' ft viewing distance, recommend me a size? I'm thinking 32" or 37"...

Woo! So my birthday just passed for those who don't know, but I got the Sky Crawlers DVD and Audio Technica ATH-ES7 headphones. Here are two pictures:
I'm likin em so far ^^ The side mirrors are real nice looking, but they get fingerprints easily so I'm doing my best not to touch em hehe. The headphones came with a nice cotton case, and a cloth to wipe out any fingerprints if it does happen.
In other news... the Anime Cafe is just 2-3 members away from 200, so.... *cough* ^_^
(oh and this time, the blog title is a reference to Saki which I just finished)
just an update on what ive been up to lately, if you care to know

Listening to : Stereopony
Awesome group, first heard of them from their opening performance in Gundam 00 (Namida no Mukou). One of my favorite songs would be "Smilife", and that lead singer is ridiculously good looking... sugoi sugoi eyes.

Also started listenening to a little Chatmonchy, what I like about them is that their songs have a simple, repetitive beat that never dies down. Renai Spirits and Hirahira Hiraku Himitsu no Tomira are my favs. And the lead singer is once again quite sugoi.
Yea, so college started up again about 3 weeks ago - I'm determined to get more active this semester so I joined a few things. I got a job as a peer advisor where I help others in Computer Science or Math, only 3 hours a week and whenever I'm not helping someone I can just work on my own homework so thats nice.
Also joined a programming group on campus, where you form small teams of up to 3 and then go to a regional contest - winners of that contest get to go to the next stage which has been in places such as China and Japan in the past. Doubt I'll get past the first round though xD
Then today I just went to my first Kendo club meeting! I've been dying to try out Kendo ever since I watched Bamboo Blade and the chance finally arrived. The club at my university has been dead for around two years now so I had to go to the one at a neighboring college, its about a 30 min. bus ride + 30 min. train ride to get there, which is eh. As for the actual Kendo, it was both exciting and hard on the feet hehe. Your feet get really really dirty afterwards since you do it barefoot.
so thats about it... sugoi.
