Yes I've finally finished chrono trigger for the DS, its one of the many games i have been meaning to get back to. The game as a whole was great and it has held up very well after all these years. Since I bypassed it during the SNES years Ive always wanted to go back and give it a shot but with the SNES cart being so expensive it didn't seem like an option till the DS version came out (although i do own the Playstation version). I only wish i had picked it up during that time since its an awesome game with a great story, terrific characters and If I had played it back when it was released I could see this being up there with some of my favorite games ever. It still puzzles me how i missed it in the first place, I have been gaming since the 80's and i have pretty much played most of the best games that have ever been released. I know when this game was out i saw it at the video store plenty of times but i still passed it up, and Ive heard so much about it from friends. So how this game has eluded me for this long is kinda strange but I'm glad i didn't forget about it altogether.

Even though its just a direct port with a few things added its still good enough for me, although since its my first time with the game i could see where the fans who were there since the beginning would want more because they have probably played and beaten the game a number of times. The cutscenes were also great and i only wish there were more of them since i love Akira Toriyama's artwork (and im a huge DBZ fan as you all know). All in all the game was a great experience, im glad i finally finished it and got to see what all the people who love the series have been talking about for so many years.

Thanks for reading guys, and now im off to finish Valkyria Chronicles!!![]()

Now go and finish Valkyria Chronicles, dammit!
I rented Valkyria Chronicles because I was unsure if I would like it or not... and I was completely blown away by how awesome it was! If I had to give one word to describe Valkyria Chronicles, it would be "Fun." It consumed one of my weekends and I ended up making it to mission 8. Since it was so amazing I still plan to buy it when I have some extra cash to finish the remaining missions.
Btw, Ghostbusters is an awesome game!
but since i couldnt read Japanese (I had Super Famicom, not SNES. My cousin gave it to me), so i was like, wth, there's this pendulum and alien language all over the place, so i didnt play it (same with ff6).
Have fun with Valkyria Chronicles! It's definitely one of the best games in this gen
Good luck with Valkyria Chronicles!
